We bought this product because it was the best price we found and came with all the accessories. We were very pleased with the quality and sound, and my son has enjoyed learning to play it. It also comes in several nice color options. Our 2 complaints is that 1. the strap is basically useless. The uke has 2 strap attachments built into it, but this strap doesn't use them, and the instrument still has to be held with this strap on, and 2. the description says the carry bag is padded and has an outer pocket, neither of which is true. When ours arrives, we hadn't received the tuner, so I contacted the company. I will say that they responded right away and they did send us the tuner quickly, but when I asked about the bag, they said that it was a mistake in the product description. They did not send us another bag, and I have noticed they they also haven't updated their description. An outer pocket would be nice, since as someone else noted, it is hard to fit everything in the bag with the uke. But, if you are looking for a good value uke to get started, I still highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my 2 year old who is obsessed with guitars and she loves it. She’s stood on it, dropped it, amongst other things 2 year olds do and so far it doesn’t look worn at all and we’ve had it for 10 months! The reason I gave 4 stars is mostly because it doesn’t stay in tune for long at all. Like it slips out of tune super fast but since it’s for a toddler that doesn’t really matter for me. If I was an adult wanting to play it a lot, it’d annoy me more. It came with a tuner which is super handy, a few picks, a cleaning cloth, and extra strings! It also comes with a strap but I can’t figure out how to attach it to the instrument without first taking off all the strings (which a haven’t done) I don’t consider myself a dull person so I’m going with the strap is badly designed. 😂

The ukulele looks very clean and slick. It’s my first ukulele and I don’t see myself ever needing to purchase another. I originally purchased it as something to improve my room aesthetic and it did but I also learned a couple songs. I don’t know the first thing about sheet music but I was able to learn some nostalgic tunes off of simple YouTube tutorials. I definitely recommend this product, very fun and was worth the 40$.

Love this item! I purchased the black model, and it's gorgeous. The sound is nice, and it's easy to tune thanks to the tuner. It's a great kit overall. The only thing that would have put this over the top for me is if there was a song book included and guide to tuning, but those are easy enough to find that online. I bought this for myself, but this would also make a nice gift.

It's a proper size and weight for a kid, it is good quality, not thin or flimsy. I really appreciate that it came with replacement strings and picks because we're definitely going to need them. The case has a sling so the kiddos can wear it instead of carrying it in their hands and avoid hitting the instrument around so much. Overall pretty satisfied with the purchase in total.
