I don't normally review products I purchase but Anycubic provided such great service I thought it was necessary. When I received the printer I found it to be a very sturdy machine. The printer was very easy to put together and get up and running. After assembly I had many problems with getting the printer to print consistently. The machine may print the first print fine but then would fail on the second time or may not have printed properly at even the first run. This was very hit or miss even printing the same model right from the printer. I contacted support and they were very timely in their response. The resolve that fixed the issue was a firmware update. I had updated the printer's firmware previously and it did not fix the issue but just as I was getting ready to send the machine back a new firmware released. Now the printer is working wonderfully. I have now gone on a printing spree and love the multi-material options. All of my other printers are single filament machines so I am excited to see what new things I can print in different colors. I also really like the drying feature of the ACE. Support even offered me a new roll of filament to replenish what I had used in my troubleshooting of the machine. I would highly recommend this printer and would definitely purchase from Anycubic again!

Anycubic contacted me and worked with me to get some settings updated and so far things seem to be working great! Thanks Anycubic for the fantastic customer service., I wanted to like this printer. I have a Bambu X1 and thought I'd try this one. I've had more problems than it is worth. It's definitely a generic version of the Bambu, down to the software you use. First, putting it together. Directions are horrible, not a right out of the box, take 5 minutes adding this or that kinda printer. The AMS, is another generic version of the Bambu. The #1 slot squeaks. Prints are nah. I could probably fiddle and make them better but I've had more misprints than I have complete prints. Instead of the printer shooting the poops down it flicks them-hard from the side. No camera, which I knew and could deal with. My latest print failure tells me the filament is tangled. I've removed from the AMS so I have no clue. The software is not easy to use(compared to Bambu) the color tools are not helpful. I thought about keeping it until they fix all these little issues. But It is a lot of money for a paper weight. Returning and I'll get a smaller Bambu while they are on sale.

Updating my previous review where we thought the machine arrived DOA...turns out after much online research that if the cable to the print head is slightly loose, it causes the control panel to freeze in the middle of the bootup sequence. This appears to be a common problem for those just getting the machine and setting it up the first time, where the cable in question needs to be unplugged and then reseated and tightened down so that it is flush. More/better troubleshooting tips in the setup instructions would be helpful! Once we figured out the issue, the filament provided with the printer did not work as well as the additional 3rd party filament that we also purchased, but maybe that first run was just working out all the factory oil and debris from the system and now it seems to be working fine. Update 2: Now the machine is non-functional...after printing a few things, the nozzle clog detector failed as the nozzle developed a major clog but allowed the printer to keep feeding filament so the inside of the print head assembly filled up with melted plastic to the point that we can't get the print head assembly open or off of its track. The overflow of filament also ripped up one of the rubber guides on the print head assembly. Sending this problematic unit back before the 30 day return window closes...

Its very easy to setup and use. Since I am a complete newbie, this printer is awesome for my needs. Ill be adding more advance prints in the future, but so far so good. My wife and daughter love it too!

The media could not be loaded. After receiving the printer and having problems, contacting customer support helped. I am happy to say I, love this printer. I have a ender 2 pro, ender 3, ankermake m5c, k1, a1 mini, and a1 both with ams. I would recommend this printer over any similarly priced and even some more expensive ones.

Bought two machines from me was broken and wouldn't print right. The other one is working pretty good just issues with the plate sticking. Returned one and still waiting on the payment two weeks later :/

The media could not be loaded. I would put 4.5 but I can't. I have used this printer for the last 15 days, all day, and sometimes all night and I have had no problems. Upon arrival, it is a printer that is easy to assemble and connect to the ACE pro, since it arrived it has given us beautiful results, very fast and has good adhesion to the plate, it is easy to change the filaments and the ACE pro dryer works wonderfully , we have tried SUNLU PLA+ fast and normal and it has printed very well, we have also used it with other brands such as CC3D and we have not had any problems either. Something I would change about this machine is that when it changes filament between prints it uses a lot of filament or at least more than it needs, and it is a bit annoying to have to level it every time I go to print and move the Z. I had the Kobra 2 MAX and I could level it once, adjust the Z and continue printing as many times as they were and I didn't have to level it as much. The Kobra 3 must be leveled for each print and move the Z or it will drag the nozzle on the bed. When it arrives, it comes with the tools but it does not come with a replacement nozzle, which is something that is appreciated because other machines, for example the FLASHFORGE 5MPRO comes with a 0.4 and 0.6 nozzle and the ELEGOO Neptune 3 max comes with 4 extra nozzles. I haven't had to change the mouthpiece yet.
