It took me a long time to decide which unit I wanted. Finally decided on this one. Took a while to have time to build it but got it together relatively quickly. Cabinet itself is beautiful but my fireplace unit was damaged in transit and didn't work properly. Contacted the seller and arranged for a new fireplace unit to be sent to me. The new unit works great and I'm really happy with both the unit and the excellent customer service with a company who stands behind their products. Hardest part was dealing with Amazon's customer support in trying to get a hold of the seller because they didn't understand what I needed. If you need to get routed to the seller, don't try the chat feature with Amazon. It's a nightmare. But once you get to the seller, super easy. It's rare to find good customer service anymore, but this seller was great to work with. Kentsky was great to work with, when there was issue with 1st TV stand they answered the same night and sent anew stand the following week. As with all assemble furniture there were lots of parts but the instruction book was good enough to make easy. The fire place works great, and fit well into TV stand.
