It’s small and I can’t say I’d put anyone but a child on it as an actual bed, but it’s comfy enough for my 6’ tall husband to nap on and to use as a small sitting area for the occasional guest. I bought as a temporary stop gap for this room but have no need to replace anytime soon. It’s been a year and with occasional use has held up well. The backs of the chairs operate with a clicking motion and adjust easily. A big awkward and old school but they work. Cushions are firm and when fully opened, there’s not much sleeping room for the average adult, which is why I think it would not be the most comfortable bed. I like this couch it’s more a of a futon because the back rests bend back into a small bed. it’s not the most comfortable but it does the trick for a small living room and short people. it does have a good detail on the bottom edge that the product image didn’t feature. i don’t love it but that’s alright. heads up to cat owners too, this material pulls very easily, if your cats scratch this will look worn out quickly. overall good couch for the price. ... show more

Bought this sleeper sofa in a rush bc I had people coming over to stay in less than a week. It images make it seem that it opens into a full size bed, but in actuality it's too short for that. The color and overall appearance was exactly as pictured from the front. The material is soft and the sofa itself is firm, but not too hard in my opinion. Of course every on has a different preference on firmness, and I am someone who prefers more support (I.e. firmness). It definitely doesn’t feel like wood with a bit of cloth on it. It does have some cushion, but it may not be the best to sleep on. The main feature I did not like was the back. It wasn’t the same green velvet material, it was that black cloth like material that resembles weed growth protection that gardeners often use (thin black felt). They had used that to place the cushions and arms of the couch in it. It’s just aesthetically unattractive when seen from the back. And obviously because of the futon addition it can’t be hidden or put against a wall. We got the couch in green so it’s essentially obvious. Thinking of sewing a similar material over it to cover it up. Otherwise I like this piece a lot. ... show more

I love this sleeper sofa! i was wary since it didn’t have a ton of reviews, and you never know how a product will be in person in comparison to the photos online. it’s exactly as it’s shown in the photo. also it took me less than 10 min to assemble by myself :) very happy. it’s super soft, great quality, and me and kitty love to lounge or lay down for naps. ... show more
