It arrived quickly as promised, a solid molded plastic case inside a handsome box inside a strong cardboard box. It comes with all the accessories that it promises and the O-rings and pins to secure the sockets on the impact wrench that I did not see in the pictures for this particular model. Both batteries indicated a full charge (more on that later) so I grabbed the 21mm socket, put the battery on the wrench and went to both my cars and removed and reinstalled 3 lug nuts on each car, a total of 6 nuts removed so I know I can easily change a flat tire at the very least. I suspect that the reason a handful of reviews here stated the wrench would not loosen the lug nuts might be because they have steel wheels or the lug nuts were over torqued by a mechanic that did not use a torque wrench to tighten the nuts. The wrench not only loosened the lug nuts; it did it easily in about 2-3 seconds per lug nut. I will update this review when I get a chance to try the wrench on my motorhome, it has steel wheels, larger nuts and some rust on the threads. Now going back to the "fully" charged batteries, the battery I used said 100% when it arrived, it said 100% after removing 6 lug nuts so I put the battery on the charger and 1 hour and 50 minutes later the charger "said" fully charged, my point is don't trust the battery indicator on the battery. I am very pleased with how the impact performed, if I was to throw away in the garbage all the little accessories it came with including the glossy black paper thin Impact sockets it is still worth the price of admission. Just a word of caution, if you are going to rely on the wrench to change a tire out on the road buy one quality impact socket that fits your car... don't trust those thin glossy sockets.

This product is not cheaply built. It's very sturdy and compact. I use it to remove the lug nuts on my Ford E150 on medium setting. NO PROBLEM! this impact drill has plenty of POWER! VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED! I'd put it up there with the so called NAME BRAND PRODUCTS. ESPECIALLY!!!!

**update .. The 22 mm socket cracked under high torque .. I called up Amazon customer service to get a replacement socket and they said they could not do that and per the rules I would need to send EVERYTHING back to them and they would send out a replacement set?! .. uh okay -but wouldn't it make more sense just to send a replacement socket not to mention cheaper? .. but thank you anyway .. The new complete set arrived 24 hours later .. That's a bit crazy and over the top but much appreciated nonetheless .. I have never had a socket fail on me .. The quality and durability of the sockets that were included doesn't seem to meet up to expectations .. Don't get me wrong I love the impact driver gun .. .. The only tip I can give everybody is that you may need to purchase some backup sockets just in case .. .. and to make sure you charge up the battery before you use it if you need it for the high torque .. and keep an eye on the battery level ... well it's a good thing it came in a hard case Fox because delivery transport by UPS was pretty rough .. I would suggest a vendor that they add pieces of foam to cushion vs regular packing paper which doesn't do a whole lot of good since the box on the outside was falling apart which needed more tape .. .. The product is excellent comes as stated in the ad .. and if these generic off-brand type of impact wrench guns actually last for a bit of time they would definitely bring credibility back to chinese-made products .. solid alternative to the name brand types .. Cross my fingers that it will last a few years or more ... comes with everything as advertised especially for a starter kit ...

Kit for small tasks around the house, such as furniture assembly. The fact that it has two batteries is quite useful, even though the battery lasts a long time. Only one type of drill (it could be used for wood and concrete). it was effective the times I used it, but I haven't tested it in more challenging situations yet. for now, I'm delighted.

Total junk I cannot even get one lug nut out of my vehicle and the battery on a full charge dies in a few minutes. I don’t believe the reviews provided accurate information going back.

This thing has some torque!! I used to rotate my tires the other day and it had no issue breaking loose the nuts. It also comes with a ton of accessories like bits and sockets. You can use it as an on the go tool box. The weight distribution is very nice also it feels good and sturdy in your hand. The batteries charged up quickly and have held a charge so far. It’s a good overall size for any size hands. This tool surpassed my expectations by far. I have some “high end” tools and this works just as well. Comes with 2 batteries and charger also so you can have one charging while using the other and swap out. I highly recommend this to keep in your car or truck in case of a flat or to keep in your garage or shop. Great tool and love the extra items!
