We went through 3 window AC units before we got to this one. Incredibly easy to install and does a great job cooking our newly 300sqft bedroom. I didn't give it the 5th star because it does have a slight rattle every now and then. Otherwise, this is the best of 4 units we tried.

I cannot believe that any window air conditioner would drain ONLY on the inside. This is not stated ANYWHERE in the product description. Right now, I have a very large bucket that fills up very quickly if it’s humid outside, so I have to make sure to empty it or the wood floor will be ruined…which means I can’t leave the house with the air conditioner running. This is not only a ridiculous design but, as I mentioned earlier, it’s NOT DISCLOSED anywhere in the product information. That’s just NOT right. I NEVER would have purchased this unit. I am definitely returning it…and what a pain that is to do with such a heavy purchase. PS if anyone who has this AC and knows how to drain it on the exterior of the house, PLEASE add it to your rating. (I do see some other people also mentioning interior drain only.) ***UPDATE: I called the telephone number on the manual (distributor/manufacturer)…they confirmed the AC only drains from the interior so you must continuously empty the very small internal tank as AC will shut off with a full tank— I admit I chose this unit too quickly. At the time I wrote the review, there were 56 reviews and 13 were ‘Vine’ customers. I generally take the 5-star Vine ratings with a grain of salt.

This is the quietest and most powerful window AC unit I've owned in 30 years. I've had several brand name windiw units and a standalone (rolls around on floor) unit. With all of them I HAD to use multiple fans to push the air into other rooms and down hallways. This one doesn't require a fan. Where I live summer's get VERY humid and very hot (85°-95°) for weeks on end - it's not a "dry heat" either so you feel like you need a shower the moment you walk outside. This U-shaped window unit has handled it with GRACE. I'm writing this review August 30th 2025, have owned it for 4 weeks. I'll add a video review at a later date.

Very easy to mount to, and it can’t fall out these models are more efficient because the condenser is all outside so it should be cheaper to run and it has a good fan. It’s very quite much quieter than the older units and it has powerful cooling. I’ve almost 500 square-foot space and it’s cooling up very well it’s very hot and humid in the East Coast us right now. The Doggo approved!

Works great for a 15x15 bedroom. Quiet mode is extremely quiet. It is quite heavy so it is not a easy one to just move around. Uses very little power and only needs to be drained maybe once a season.
