Worth it!
Color: Black
Thus is a great back massager. The massagers really target the right spots on my back & the heat feels great. A good purchase, and value.

Fast pain relief. Easy set-up. Item as described.
Color: Light Gray
I've only had it 2 hours and man, I feel a big relief in my back already. I work in a warehouse and it's a lot of lifting involved. Can't wait to come home after a long day and use this thing. Highly recommended.

Affordable and Effective Massage Chair Alternative
Color: Light Gray
Very interesting item. More affordable than a full-on massage chair and easily portable for changing locations such as when the kids have taken over the couch. Massage intensity cannot be changed but wifey and I like it as it is - deep tissue and firm. But most importantly, can definitely feel pain relief within just a session or two. Assuredly stretching and exercise would be the best but with the little ones running around, this is incredibly relaxing and efficient on time and energy spent. Great for the price but can’t help wonder about the other ones out there…

Great massage pad
Color: Light Gray
Great heat massager! It’s super strong and it gets my knots out of my back. I enjoy turning it on when I have to sit at my desk for a long period of time.

I plan on using this for back labor relief during my 3rd home birth. So Excited to use it!!!
Color: Light Gray
I'm 18 weeks pregnant right now and I just got the Snailax Shiatsu Massage Cushion with Heat Massage a few days ago. Let me just say: WOW! This little wonder of a massage chair pad is **exactly** what I've been searching for to use during labor for pain relief and relaxing my muscles during labor. I've previously had 2 home births with Midwives already, no pain relief except for a warm bath, so I know how *very* important relaxation and muscle tension relief are when in the throws of labor. Being in labor can last in the 10's of hours, with most of that time being completely manageable and pain free. But those last few hours are intense! When the mother is afraid of what her body is naturally doing, her muscles all tense up, actually making labor unnecessarily painful. During my 2nd home birth, I realized that RELAXATION was what made that birth happen in half the time with literally half the amount of pain. With this 3rd birth around the corner, I am excited for the challenge of seeking out a completely pain managed labor! So, I set out to search for something that I could use during the longest periods of waiting for baby, and for that last part where the back pressure is intense and the muscles are needing some release. In labor, you need relaxed muscles and relaxed pelvic area. The vibrations on this chair pad are outstanding! I really think this is going to help me have a quick and relaxed laboring experience. The chair can lay flat, sit straight up, or you can adjust yourself so that you are hitting the right spots on your back. I found the pressure of the Shiatsu massage parts to be perfect. Feels like a really firm hand, but you can adjust the pressure just by how you are sitting on the pad. You can use heat during the massage, you can isolate it if you decide you just want lower, upper, mid-back, or whole back massage, which is wonderful. I cannot wait to use this during labor! I see this next birth as a challenge of mind over matter, and this chair pad will be one of the tools I use to relieve discomfort and relax into the natural challenge of giving birth. Even if you're not doing a home birth and you've decided the hospital route is best for you, I think this should be in your hospital go-bag. This chair pad is easily transported and should be with any laboring mama who wants instant pain/pressure relief and instant relaxation during labor. I will update this post in June, and I'll tell you all how it went!

Almost okay =-/
Color: Light Gray
Had to round up to 3 stars even though 2 5 stars would be more accurate (+) Made well/good material quality (+) Very strong/deep Shiatsu massage (-) The massage heads only move up and down on each side of the spine. No side to side motion on the rear shoulder and trapezius muscles (-) The vibration motor is in the seat section - maybe intended to send vibrations up the spine via the tailbone, but it's a bit weak even on the highest vibration setting (-) The massage pad back is a little short for a 6ft 2in height (-) The straps to secure the pad to a chair are way too short to fit a recliner (-) The 'Spot' buttons do not seem to do anything

Great Product, Great Customer Support
Color: Light Gray
I bought this massager almost a year ago and I love it. It gets the job done and feels great; I have a lot of back issues and pain, and this helps to keep that pain from getting worse and worse like it usually does when I use it often. The first one did break; one of the massage balls tore through the fabric, but that’s probably because of user error. However, I contacted customer support on their website and they sent a replacement out to me right away. It was seamless and I’m thankful for their timing as I didn’t want to go too long without massaging my back. I think I got the replacement within 3 business days. The first one lasted me almost a year, and if it hadn’t of been for the ball tearing through the fabric part (there is a padded covering that ensured my safety so I wasn’t harmed!) I’m sure it would have lasted for a good while longer too; it’s really good quality for this price point. The noise level is amazing; practically no noise unless you’re using the vibration setting, and even then it’s minimal. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a decent massager and doesn’t want to break the bank. You can control where there massage balls go (higher or lower), and you can keep them in a certain spot as well. There is also a really nice heat option that just adds a bit more relaxation; using that during the cold months was great and kept me toasty!

Affordable and enjoyable
Color: Black
The unit is very powerful with multiple settings, seems quite durable. The massage itself is very relaxing and the padded material makes it easy to sink into your session. The instructions are minimal if you’ve ever owned a massage chair then you are already familiar with the easy to use remote control. What I like about this unit is you can also control it from an app on your iPhone. I’m definitely impressed with this machine. I purchased it as an update to an older homedic device. Due to the nature of my back, I needed a better machine. Snailax delivers the goods just under $100. Regarding the spot massage feature the only thing I don’t like about it is that the rollers slow down and don’t give you a consistent massage. The upper back lower back and full setting are all excellent and work as advertised. I can’t see myself getting much use out of the vibrating seat. The heat on high definitely warmed up my back and loosen me up. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a home massage unit. The only reason I’m not giving it. Five stars is because I don’t like how the spot feature functions.
