When this freezer arrived I thought it would be a battle to unpack it. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the bottom was open but solidly supported the freezer with thick styrofoam and strong taping. (Didn't notice till after starting to cut into a side, of course.) It was also easy to maneuver around to the room where I needed it to be -- very nice. Then I let it sit for a few days (I was doing other things) after wiping it down inside and leaving the door slightly open to air out the "new smell". When I did turn it on it started up right away and it's not loud at all. It reached -20 pretty quickly, on the medium setting, and only lost a couple of degrees when fully -- and I mean FULLY -- loaded. One thing I noticed is that the wheels are not all lined up: the door-hinge side is offset from the other side, whether to balance for opening the door or whatever, I don't know. But it doesn't affect anything. I didn't bother with the door handle, but it's just 2 small silver spots showing at the point where it would be inserted. No big deal. Also, it seems as though there's a fine plastic covering over the freezer (like tv screens, etc. might have) since there's a very small, scratched/pulled spot from my moving it around, but if there is I didn't try to remove it. If that's what it is then it will be there for when I move. Anyway, I'm quite satisfied with this freezer and with how much faster the seller got it to me than originally stated! It's a great deal and I'm happy to have it. Thank you!

As another review stated, the measurements are off. The table I wanted to put this on is 18x18, but the freezer is 19x20. And, like so many other reviewers, it arrived dented (packaging was not damaged). Which wouldn't be so bad, but it's a huge dent and it's right on the front. Way too much trouble to try to return it, so if it freezes I'll keep it, but so very disappointed. Seriously, if you're thinking about purchasing, look around. There are other freezers in the same price range. (Updated to 3 stars after communicating with seller who offered a small discount for the dent.)

This is a great little freezer, and as such, excellent value for the money. It is very quiet, and does a great job keeping constant temperature. If you are expecting this item to have any extras, such as adjustable shelves or trays, this will not do. The shelves run the cooling coils and are fixed. Still, for the price, this cannot be beat. Even though the manual makes sure to tell you about defrosting in great detail, this unit seals so well, that as long as you make sure your food well sealed, this may not be much of an issue

Everything clicked on this small freezer. The price was great, installation was easy; temp control is great. Ive had it fit nearly 4 months and no frost buildup yet. Only drawback would be if you wanted to keep in the garage. Mfg explicitly states it is for inside only.

it came quicker than exspected the packaging pretty shabby,but the product was okay,i hoped be abit smaller in height so i could fit in a space,but asexspected didnt,the adjustable leg on mine only was on one side the other side had a screwed down plastic pipe for a leg.when opening the fridge door you could feel the coolness and was quick to cool when plugged. i kinda wish there was less exposed back to the a border on the bottom would even be great for me i just feel like to much exposed. it was quite heavier than i exspected aswell,but other than that i think its a great product.
