I love my luggage! I got it for a trip to Thailand for 2 weeks & traveled all around & all kinds of flights. It is sturdy & light weight & held up perfectly! It’s so easy to push & just glides! The zippers are the best I have ever seen on luggage! I love the design & colors of this luggage too! Only thing I would change…I would make it expandable. I thought it was kinda pricey, so I waited till I caught it on sale. I did buy clear covers to protect the outside while traveling & that was a great idea! Really impressed with this brand!

I’ve been eyeing the Delsey Paris suitcases for a while waiting to see if they’d drop in price. Amazon had the best deal. Love the look and according to other reviews on Amazon and Macys, the quality is good. I’ll use it in a few weeks for an extended trip and will see how it holds up. If well, I plan to buy a carry on and a smaller checkin to have a matching set.

The media could not be loaded. I am definitely a new fan of Delsey Paris!!!! My entire luggage set is absolutely everything! Such quality pieces, well-thought out features such as USB port in the carry-on, multiple strategic pockets and sections also. The locks are easy to program and access. The zippers are tough at first but they loosen up as you zip/unzip them. Aesthetically, the set is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious without being flashy! Exactly what I sought after. Super durable but I bought clear luggage covers so that I don’t scuff up the outside. Someone had the same luggage but you can tell they never had covers so theirs is really scuffed up so I recommend buying and using covers to preserve the smooth exterior. I would take these pieces everywhere…weekend or extended trip like I just took! Lightweight and luxurious, I highly recommend! So many compliments I received!

First off, I have been using Delsey luggage got 10+ years now and have only had great use out of several check in and carry on luggage. This one is the worst. It’s the zipper. It is so difficult to zip, even empty. I’m constantly having to work with it and it’s annoying for what I paid for this. None of the other Delsey luggage has ever been like this.

UPDATE: The Delsey Paris customer service was phenomenal and shipped a brand new replacement suitcase to my door (in brown, as requested).. I simply submitted pics, the serial number, and the receipt. Im blown away by their responsiveness and generosity. I highly recommend this company. 1: Cracked at the wheel attachment area after two years of use. Luggage repair place said this was game over. If the suitcase is cracked where the wheel attaches, there’s nothing to attach the wheel too, and the suitcases is useless. 2: White color suitcase gets filthy after each use being on conveyor bolts at the airport and the baggage claim area. I had to scrub it down after every trip to keep it presentable looking.
