Pretty decent machine.

Nice machine. I keep it at work and it gives me ice for drinks there. It is faster than ice trays in the office freezer, but sadly it does not keep them frozen. It seems well insulated to keep them for a while, but they do melt in there. Worth the price.

This ice machine is well worth the money. Easy to clean. Makes ice very quick, tray fills every 6 minutes. Light indicators are easy to see so that you tell when the tray is full or if you need to add more water. My only disappointment is the noise level, would like to have less noise. The noise isn't loud enough to discourage me from buying this machine again. Much better than my previous ice maker. Happy.

Last a little over a month😉

worked for a month After that when plugged in you have to press the button down to get it to start making ice. (this is after you select the size) In the evening, when shutting down you push the same button to stop the ice making process. Well after the month the button stops registering. It won't start ice making. Not reliable, the button is not sturdy.

Used it for the first time the other day and was very happy. Easy to set up. Love the shape of the ice. Made a lot of ice and it lasts a long time in my Yeti. Went through two cycles, refilling the tank once and made two large zip bags of ice for the freezer. Directions a little confusing because certain features (like a clean button) were not on my machine. Overall very happy and recommend it. When I had an issue and reached out to the company, they responded immediately. Very impressive. This is a company that stands behind their product and they are very nice to deal with.

Soft ice means not frozen...

This machine makes very soft ice, meaning you have to put it in your freezer to make it into ice that KEEPS drinks cold. This ice will absolutely cool your drink, but will melt VERY fast. To be fair i live in Arizona and its hot. But it is hot everywhere in the summer really... I think if the machine was insulated it would help. When i stack insulation on the lid it melts slower in the machine.

Had it over three weeks and it works perfect. It will take about 7 hours to fill the refrigerator ice bin. It will make full tray of ice every 45 minutes twice with one refill of water. Very easy to clean and maintain. So far so good.
