Chose this ice maker because they "said" it was made in the USA. Followed ALL instructions. Let it cycle 3 times before I gave up on it, for the day. After letting it sit for 24 hours this time, I let it cycle twice before deciding it will never make ice. Everything else but the ice making worked. Tried calling the company but the person's English AND customer service skills were horrible! No trouble shooting suggestions either. Probably wouldn't have been able to understand what he was saying anyway.

It was ok while it worked, larger ice bullets would have been an improvement and emptied quickly with a large crowd. It was making ice as fast as it could this past summer then turned it off for a couple of months this fall and when tried to use this holiday season for entertainment it wouldn't work. You heard the motor and the pump turn on but would not draw the water from the fill tank. So sad and disappointing
