Bought this AC for my sister’s apartment. It’s only been a few days since I purchased it. So far, she says it works very well and it’s suitable for her living room size. Noise level is not ver loud nor super quiet. Remote is a plus.

I ordered this ac unit for 2 reasons based on the product description. I wanted a unit that had a remote control and was quiet. I got the remote control but it took me about 30 minutes to figure out “how” to open it to insert batteries. The remote has a tiny screw attached so you have to find a small enough screw driver to unscrew it. Next, the unit isn’t quiet by any means. To be fair it’s kind of loud but it does keep my small bedroom cool. Also, it was supposed to come with items such as screws, remote control batteries, brackets etc. Those items were NOT included in the box. I checked and double checked but they were no where to be found. I used the screws from my old AC to attach the top rack. Very disappointed with that.
