I was nervous about buying these, as I saw a lot of mixed reviews. So far they have held up great. I've had them a few months and have worn them at least a dozen times. The longer gauntlet is perfect. My old gloves were short and bees could easily get in. They do run small. I purchased a large and they fit well. The gloves are a little roomy for me (I wear women's medium gloves), but I'm still able to work with them on, and they fit my adult son. Sizes run small. Normally I wear a medium, but I ordered a large and they barely fit. I have smalls that are the same exact size as the large that I ordered. Overall a decent glove, just not the size I expected
