I want to send this back. I bought this in August and use only for checking email and applying for jobs but it’s absolute garbage. The battery runs out quickly and it can’t even pick up when I hook my phone to it. Don’t buy this it’s junk. I have a 2016 dell that works better than this that I’m now going to fix because this laptop works as if it’s years old. Do not buy!!!

I just got this laptop two days ago. I’ve been busy porting all my files over from my old Mac, setting up email, getting website favorites together and etc. and so far this machine has been great. Getting up and running took just 5 mins and was very straightforward. I love the size and anti glare of the large 15 inch screen, the computer runs smooth and fast for video, streaming, several windows open at once etc. The 12MB of RAM really shines and keeps everything running like a well oiled machine. I haven’t tried any games but I didn’t buy this expecting an Alienware. The battery life seems decent around 3-4 hours, and the keyboard and all functions work well. The only beef I have is with the trackpad. It’s way too sensitive. I had to disable everything except standard tracking and two finger scrolling. Turning on anything else caused inadvertent zooming, window swapping and other irritations. I tried and tried but after an hour of frustration, I turned the functions way down and now it’s tolerable. I’ve also since plugged in a mouse and this laptop is so much better with a mouse! Overall I’m really happy with this purchase given how much I paid for it, which was just under $300. It’s a really great value.

As I write this review, the listed price for this computer is $1,019.99. I wanted to replace an HP computer I bought about six years ago. I paid somewhere around $280-$300 for it. I was constrained with what I could do, with little memory and storage on the hard drive. You get what you pay for. I wanted to stay within the same price range this time, but I wanted more features for the monetary equivalent. I didn't think it would be possible but WISH GRANTED! I have more memory, more storage, and better graphics (not a gamer, but I want to watch movies on my laptop when traveling. Not only can I watch movies, but in HD BABY!), a limited time deal stumbled into my lap, and I believe the total cost with tax was $351.84. The processor works great for my needs, and the camera is sharp for work Zoom calls. I purchased this product based on other reviews that have disappeared (or it could be another model, Amazon is weird sometimes with how things are displayed). Nonetheless, I am thrilled with my purchase! Now, the downside. I'm a Prime member, and instead of getting super fast shipping, I did the Amazon delayed delivery for a promotional credit. Big mistake. This is the second time I've chosen this option, only to have my package postponed when the expected delivery date is something different. I was supposed to get the computer on June 2. I only received it on June 6 and will never do that again. I suggest you stick with Prime shipping.

Fragile screens will crack very easily. I bought two laptops 💻. They worked great. Very nice. Until the screen cracked within the first 30days,of using it normally everyday. Then the next laptop screen cracked a few months later. After everyday use and wear. Both were used at a desk everyday. -So no traveling around with it. Company will not fix nor refund but will give a discount coupon for another one if I send it back and send them confirmation of my sending it back. I pay shipping the computer to them. They won't cover the screens under their warranty "because it's not thier fault for user error". The computers are completely unusable. Because the screens are unreadable. The first computers frame around the screen popped off so I popped it back in and that resulted in the screen cracking. I've used laptops 💻 before,popped screen frames back in before if they popped out and have never had any screens crack and then become completely unusable. So,if you buy. : -Beware of the screen not being covered if it cracks. -Understand that these screens are super fragile and crack easily. - If you are given anything it will only be if you will send the computer back and pay for the shipping costs.

I do like this labtop alot! But it does charge fairly slow and it doesn’t charge fast while using it. I have to shut the computer for it to charge. But it definitely is fast and has good graphics. I use it to play my game so I like it alot for what I got it for ☺️
