We gave this talking book to our 2 yr old grandson for his birthday. He’s not reading yet, but he loves hearing Catboy, one of his favorite PJ Masks characters read to him. We read it to him also. He enjoys pushing the buttons and hearing the action noises too, his favorite it the bad guy laughing. His parents probably could do without all the chatter and noise, but he really likes it. My son loves these talking books. They have really helped in aiding in learning to read. The actual pages are a little thin, which makes it difficult to turn the pages at first, but once you break them in it becomes easier. I also like that batteries are able to be changed.

I can't tell you how sick I am of hearing this book haha but my 2-almost 3 year old grandson will not go anywhere without it. It's at the dinner table, he takes it to go potty, he takes it to take a bath (on the counter. This book is NOT waterproof) he puts it in the storage basket of his bike and rides it all around, he pushes the buttons constantly and repeats every single word they say. It has put up with a great deal of abuse and is still holding strong. It is repetitive, irritating as hell, and WONDERFUL. I highly recommend and would buy it a hundred times over! ... show more
