Got this for my husband because he doesn't like having to reach for his phone in the middle of the night to check the time. The numbers are nice and bright. I like that you can change the brightness because at first it was too bright but with a little bit of dimming it was perfect. The clock does what it's supposed to. Shows the time and the alarm works great. Perfect size. Doesn't take up too much space on our night stand and is not too small either to where you can't see the numbers. The only reason I take off one star is because it doesn't charge my husbands phone because of his case which is not too bulky. It's just an ordinary otterbox.

This cute little thing works, but if you don’t have a phone connected to it, the time will be wrong when daylight savings changes twice a year, until you reconnect a phone. That’s annoying, especially if it sits in a guest room and doesn’t have anything connected to it regularly. I also really hate the fact that the speaker is completely exposed on the back side of it. No grill, no cover, not built-in at all. This is terrible, absolutely terrible, from a practical perspective. Clearly this was designed in England and not built to last in America. That speaker can get destroyed so easily, unlike other options you’ll find elsewhere. I couldn’t return it because I unfortunately was overconfident and thought, surely it’s just an alarm clock, who cares, right?! Well, if you care about those two things, you’ll likely find something else and not fall for all the positive reviews. On the plus side, the wireless charging absolutely works with the otter box commuter series case fully intact, so that’s great. No one wants to remove a case every time to charge wirelessly. Your call, it works, within limitations that may not matter to you, but if they do, there are plenty of other options out there to choose from.
