I second what others have said about the meter. Overall for the money, it is excellent. The rubber case protects it very well. The form factor resembles a cell phone. I have all kinds of old holders for cell phones and they make the meter stand up with the leads dangling down. Added plus is the case and lead assortment. The test lead wires are silicon and very nice. Consider cutting off the tips of the plastic probe covers to keep the probes from shorting things while you are measuring things. Very good product, decent bag no pockets but can use the plastic bag within as a spare pocket for the accessories. Charging port is pretty sturdy, case is soft to the touch, back-light is good quality. The flash light on my phone is of higher quality but the one on this product works fine in necessary situations. Long battery life also, although I haven't used it more than an hour at a time it seems to offer a very long charge span. If I broke mine by accident I would definitely buy another one. This is built more like a Gameboy and less like an old school nokia so you may want to be careful in how you transport it. ... show more

This thing really does it all. The auto feature doesn't have a long delay like other reviewers have said. It comes with all different types of test probes that are very useful. I tested it against a $40 craftsman Meter I have and it's just as accurate. The NCV also works perfectly. The only issue is the color touch screen isn't very bright. Perfect for indoors or outside in the shade, but very difficult to see in sunlight. The directions are also written in very poor English and don't go into any detail at all. Lastly the included carying bag is very generic. This cost $31 here while it's only $25 on Temu. I didn't know that b4 my purchase but I was able to get a nice hard EVA case for $2. Fits everything perfectly ... show more

This one serves my need very well, basic need buy well served. Love the automatic range select. I bought this because needed a cheap meter for testing simple 12VDC and 120VAC systems in RVs. I have a Snap-On meter I use when I need exact measurements. But this one is the best when you need quick and accurate measurements. The only two complaints i have is the charging port is in the back and the cover for it is just cheap. and the plastic cover over the meter seems a bit cheap. Other then that, it reads fast and automatically. And it has the ability to sense power without using the probes. Just place it on any power wire and it will tell you if it is energized ... show more

The screen is hard to see during the day. Sometimes won't come on at all. Battery life is very short. And when Auto setting is on it goes through several modes and gives wrong readings. The LEDs don't help much. Mine just shut down and won't charge or turn on. Useless.

It’s not a terrible tester but useless outdoors in sunlight really. The screen just doesn’t have the brightness for use outdoors. I have to hold my hand over it and almost cuff my face to read it which makes it basically useless for automotive repair completely. The beeping noises are annoying. As far as testing goes it appears to be fairly accurate. That said it works okay indoors if that is your main use. It can be hard to tell if it’s in the right mode and auto mode can decide you are checking continuity if you are checking low voltage circuits which is annoying really. I suppose I wasn’t expecting auto mode to work well anyway. I really prefer to have a dial to select the mode I’m using just to be sure it’s on the right setting and all that. The whole smart thing is just not helpful compared to a fluke meter and the standard that’s been around for years. Of course this is much less than a true rms fluke any day so you can’t expect the same experience. I’d just say to buy a better one like a fluke if you have the means to do so, there will be way less headaches with a quality product like those. ... show more
