  • Unable to zero out ohms reading when compensating for test leads. Updated report.
I wanted to use this for electric vehicle testing in automotive class (I am the instructor). After contacting Fluke I found out the you must measure the lead resistance and then calculate the difference when measuring ohms. Since we are looking for a reading of less than .05 ohms this is a little annoying for a $700 meter. Firs meter I have used in a long time with no zero function. Other than that OK. After further communication with Fluke they were quite helpful and we reached a resolution that has made me change my review to 5.0. Other than the non zeroing function the meter works well. ... show more

A must have for any electricians troubleshooting especially in fields of heavy industry. My only gripe is when you pay 600+ bucks for a meter, the should include the magnetic hanging strap with it. ... show more
