This is a game changer for HVAC work. No more refrigerant losses when taking readings. No more trying to read the gage to get it roughly accurate. No more struggles to get reliable temp reading. Ability to readout values from a distance on an easy to read app. This pays for itself in time saved, refrigerant losses, accuracy and "Tool Pride"! Costs a lot but well worth it. My only negative is the apps available limit their features unless you subscribe to a service and I hate subscription scams. Still the basic free app that comes with is adequate for a hobbyist or part time HVAC guy and your company will buy the subscription if you work for a legit company. ... show more

Very cool and impressed with the minimalism and technology here. You're able to check your pressures without needing to purge air in the hoses (at least for your diagnostic stage). Even hooking up hoses can be done easily with a T-valve. I was impressed with how far I was from the unit I was still able to read the gauges on my phone. Very impressed so far. Perfect for the hvac diagnostic guy. Recommend buying service ts so you charge or switch off to vac gauge. Highly recommend. Best unit and the app is simple. But I love you don’t need a sub to upload pdf data or live data. Also love they us aaa batteries instead of dedicated lithium.
