    • Tried to work out the Problems on this unit ever since I bought it but no luck.
I bought this unit and installed, from the 1st day I put it in I had problems first my air bag light on the dash came on and won't go off unit I put my factory one back in. The USB's stopped working found it to be the plug in the wires started to back out, unit would just reboot itself, I took a trip to Idaho from California and half the time it work and didn't work. I had to use my phone to hear music on the way back. I wrote the company said a installed it wrong, and haven't heard back from them. Very frustrated at the moment. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I am very tech and electronics savvy. I installed this unit and must say it looks awesome. Now the issues, it comes with zero instructions so if you are mechanically challenged, you will have some issues. I completed the install rather quickly. Powered the unit up and that’s when everything went to hell. My emergency flashers would not shut off, the heat ran at full blast and the adjustment on the unit did nothing. Integrating my iPhone was a no go. The Wi-Fi would only work on my in home Wi-Fi network. I called to get support and was told I had to make an appointment. I was given an appointment 3 days from today. So I had to remove the radio so I am able to drive my vehicle. Now I will have to take time off of work to attend a video call from the technician next week. Not thrilled. I am hoping everything works out and will update this review if it does. ... show more
