The unit's radio, for local or dx, is poor quality. You can not even get a station that works. Speedometer count not working. Can not scrolled radio channel, it freezes. WIFI connection is horrible. The manual installed in the system. However, the manual that is printed is on 4x4 inch paper size and very difficult to read. Why would they put the manual in the system and not printed on normal page size (11x8). The first thing customers need is well written and easily readable manual. Need better documentation.     • Doesn't update on great customer service
Some of the features didn't work.contacted seller for return of item. UPDATE: seller made good on everything. Got refunded really quickly. Then offered choice of 4 totally free gifts. Chose another Android radio. Got it very fast. Brand new in original packaging with all the bells and whistles including instructions for installation. Haven't installed yet so I'll update again when I do. The return, refund and arrival of free gift took a total of 12 days. I got refunded immediately and then offered gift the next day then the gift arrived this morning. Changing rating to 5 stars just for the customer service and support even tho I haven't installed new radio because even if it doesn't work the effort they have took to insure satisfaction speaks volume. I ended up not spending anything but time on this. Kudos to this seller for wanting satisfied customers more than a buck. ... show more

Great sound but I buy the item for te gps and tos start with no off line gps you have to download te maps and then maps are a crap not acuaret at all and it takes for ever to starup I have own other gps devises and I'm not happy whit this don't buy

    • volume control sucks
don't like that the buttons for volume, power, and home are so hard to get to , a remote would be great. and the app to sync is bogus.. Now I have to Uninstaller it cuase it doesn't function conveniently and it's not loud enough.
