I could not say enough good things about this! First of all the value for your money on this is absolutely insane! It comes well packed so there's no scratches or cracks in it whatsoever and it is 100% ready to plug in and use! It comes with directions and they are very easy to read and understand as well! It also comes with a remote and you can use that to change the business hours as long as you are anywhere within the range! It lights up super bright, and all the colors are very nice and it will definitely stand out in your business window! It was super easy to hang up and took literally no time for my husband to hang it up for me for my pottery shop! I could not say enough good things about this as it is so super nice! Nice & bright, (digital numbers don't show up well in pics, but work great!) very easy to program. Only suggestion I have for seller is to include some way to attach bottom of sign to door, as well. We used double-sided tape dots, to keep sign from knocking on door each time it opens. Maybe some little suction cups or something...but it looks nice & is very visible. The price seems a bit steep, however, it does work well & the remote is a nice bonus.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered both of the ELEMENT LUX signs that were in my feed, the Blue & Red (ASIN: B0CM4NDD2L) and this Yellow & Red (ASIN: B0CM4SVXVF). The Yellow & Red is the subject of the review, but they are identical in every aspect except the colors. The remotes only work with the sign it came with. After getting over the small size of the sign (pick up your keyboard and that's the size), I read the non-instruction book and plugged it in. It is powered by a 12V/2A wall charger that has an in-line On/Off switch, and that plugs into either the top right corner, or the side right corner (looking at the sign head-on). The remote does *not* turn the sign On/Off. Setting the sign is either from the buttons on the right side of the display, or from the remote. The remote operates on RF not IR, so you don't have to point the remote at the sign. The sign doesn't lose the times you have entered once it's turned off or unplugged, and setting the hours was not too difficult. After trial time settings, I noticed there is no indication for AM/PM next to the time. That leaves your customers to wonder if you open at 9:00 am to 11:00 am, or 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. Are you a bar that only opens at 9:00 pm to 2:00 am, or 9:00 am to to 2:00 am? So no indicators there. An extra digit could have been added to signify A or P after the hours. I got the time set to 00:00 through 00:59, but it is not capable of displaying military time. Getting back to the remote control, I opened the slide to see what size battery it used, hoping it was like what most remotes have. Nope. This doesn't use a simple and economical (remember "ROI" - Return on Investment the seller touts) CR2023, CR2025, CR2016, or CR1620 like your car remote or fairy lights, this uses a 23A 12V battery like your garage door openers have. Those cost more than the button cell batteries. The display is OK for brightness, but it is preset, with no ability to dim or brighten it. The sign has a ton of empty space inside behind the red LEDs, more than enough room that they could have installed a humongous rechargeable battery to keep the sign lit during power outages- for several hours. If this is your only 'Hours of Operation" sign and the power goes out, no one will know those hours. There are a lot of minor things that could have been improved on with this sign to make it a platinum standard. No app was included to use for setting the hours. Even simple bathroom scales have apps. As it stands, this is a simple LED time display with a remote, and no AM/PM indicators, no military time settings, not dimmable, and not self powered for power outages. It looks nice, but the small size and lack of overlooked features is high for what they are asking.

Super bright easy to use sign, manually you set the times, takes a little time but is very easy. I love the look of it very nice for a professional setting. Remote worked just as described. No flickering at all and doesn’t get hot like some signs. Price was good considering the quality.

I was impressed with the brightness of the display, from the digits to the backlit lettering. It's lightweight and easy to hang with two places for the power supply to plug into depending on how you want to display it. Programming is pretty fast using buttons on the side. It only took me a couple minutes to rack through all seven days. My only two caveats are that if power is momentarily lost, it forgets your programming (one star removed for that). Also, there is no way to dim the sign. I didn't remove any stars for that as it's a good sign otherwise. I can clearly see this sign from the road during the day. Quite content with it save the lack of memory.
