Shaver broke after a year. Returned to BaByliss, and no response and can’t get ahold of anyone there since we returned with their label via UPS. Can’t get help from Amazon customer service either. I guess we’re just out $166?! We even have a warranty. Just ridiculous. Have never had such horrible customer with any product than this one. Warranty is a waste. Buyer beware. Edit: BaByliss finally got us the shaver replacement, but it was a huge pain. I wish we could have dealt with Amazon directly as their customer service is always great.
