I bought this one for my sister. I have one exactly like it and it is an awesome tool for the car battery jumping or phone charger. I have used mine to jump several vehicles. It also has a flashlight but other than just trying it out, I have never had to use it in the dark. It charges fairly quickly. I keep mine above 70 percent. I never go anywhere without it. This is my second Audewdirect Car Jump Starter 2000A. I have had my first one for 3 years and works like a champ. I teach a motorcycle safety class and have to use it to jump bikes all summer long. It has yet to leave my stranded. It hold a charge for 6 months without dropping very much if any. I can jump 15 Harley Davidsons without recharging it. I also use it to jump my 1971 Cub Cadet garden tractor that doesn't have a battery installed. I can jump it all day long with zero issue. I decided to order this after having to jump my battery more than once. It arrived the night before I needed another charge. I unboxed it , and followed a brief video. With in seconds I was up and running. All parts are high quantity, easy to use, great hard storage case with a brick. It offers a "C" to "C" connection instead of a micro USB. The unit is multifunctional and all parts work as promised. Keep in mind the company has rebranded to Andeman, so beware of knock offs using Audew in the name. This is a must have in your arsenal. Too many people don't want to stop and help or only will if they are paid. For women this is a safer option. This is a great Xmas gift for the right person. It used to be called a different name than what it is currently. It works. Once you hook up the clamps to the battery, press the small black button and start vehicle within 30 seconds. Probably won't help if the vehicle battery is frozen or has lost more than 50% of it's charge. Won't save a total crapped out battery. Carry case is decent. Don't leave it in your vehicle in the winter. Bring it inside and keep it at room temperature. Yes, it can charge your cell phone and other things. It has a flashlight. Durability? Well I wouldn't drop it when it is minus 15 degrees out. The clamp cables are short. To store them in the case, you basically have to tuck one clamp behind the netting and leave the other clamp on the outside of the netting. I have owned the Andeman Jump Starter for only a month now, and I have already been presented with an opportunity to try it out. My 2002 Corolla would not start a couple of days ago. I got the Andeman out of the trunk and hooked it up. It all looked good. The charge level said 100% and the green light was on. I turned the key and the old Corolla started right up. When I took it off the battery, the charge level still said 100%, So, the device works as advertised. We shall see in the coming months how long it will continue to work. Nice product. ... show more

This product is great It's easy to charge ........the two other brands on Amazon were Junk ..... they did not even include a charger (you'd have to plug them into your phone or laptop for an hour to charge them! Like I want to walk around with a Jump starter plugged into my phone and walk around with it for an hour ???? This unit included a normal house current charger and the screen showed exactly what % of charge it had . Good Product ....... ... show more
