This is great to manage sugar. But u need to have it 15 min before meal for it to work. Having it in empty stomach gave me heartburn a little. Hence I used to have a glass of milk first and then have 2 caps. After waiting for 15 min I eat my meal. That is the only way I could manage my sugar with these. And obviously 15 min walking after meal helped even more. ... show more

It has shown some results of lowering my glucose. However, this stuff makes me sit on the toilet non stop. I would caution to not jump directly into recommended dosage. But take just 1 per day to start and see what the side effects are. At least that way there's hope that side effects would be on the mild side ... show more
