Features
- MAXIMIZE STABILITY: Use AnchorGel to protect basketball hoops, volleyball nets, patio furniture, fitness equipment, boxing heavy bags and MMA dummies against tipping and strong winds.
- EASY TO USE: Simply pour the polymer into the base of your equipment and then fill the base with water to 75% capacity. After 7-10 minutes, fill the rest of the base with water, leaving some space for air. A stable base gel ballast now anchors your stuff in place!
- FREEZE AND LEAK RESISTANT: Unlike water, AnchorGel resists freezing that can cause cracks and leaks in a plastic base, resulting in outdoor equipment becoming damaged and unstable.
- EFFORTLESS CLEANUP: Need to move your basketball hoop or other equipment? As opposed to relocating 200 pounds of sand, AnchorGel can be removed and drained easily from any base. Just add salt to the gel and it will turn back to a liquid that can be easily drained.
- MADE IN THE USA: Each bottle of AnchorGel is proudly produced in the United States and contains 16 ounces of our super absorbant polymer, more than enough to prevent your equipment from tipping or blowing away by adding extra weight to the base.

Anchorgel beats anything I have ever used to weight something down. Its easy, basically mess free and fast to gel. I am still able to pick up and move my sons punching bag, but the base is still heavy enough to keep stationary as my son uses it. Great product.

Super easy to use and works great for a regular sized basketball hoop base when water it added.

This is a consistent grade, fine quality polymer/sand. Price is outlandish but I guess that's the going rate. It just filled my small stock support bag for shooting.

I purchased this product to assist with weighing down our basketball hoop base. Followed the instructions and it worked exactly as advertised. We also took a small amount and made an extra batch just to see how to reverse the process, and are very happy that it is just as easy to return this to liquid as well. As we are in the snow belt, this will be very convenient at the end of the summer when we move our hoop out of the way for the winter. I am now hoping to find additional uses as this item is pretty fun to play with 😀. Highly recommended as the seller provided exactly what is advertised.

Hoop stayed up in 85+ mph winds. Previously tipped over all the time.

I tried to use this product instead of getting sand. It didn’t work, did not form a gel like advertised and leaked. It oozed out of the sandbag that was provided and caused numerous stains on my concrete patio, also caused some of the concrete to break and flake off leaving very noticeable stains which are an eye sore. Never would buy this again or recommend it to anyone. I actually have to replace the sandbags that came with the umbrella stand because they are no longer useable. Will definitely be using sand in the future.

Container not as big as I thought

I didn't think it would work, you know, since the bottle was so small. But poured the bottle out into the base and poured in the water. Then we waited about 30 minutes and sure enough, the base became heavy and hard to move. We didn't measure the water, we just poured in enough water to fill the base. And we used the entire bottle. I hope dissolving the stuff works as easily as the package described.
