I would purchase a product again from this company in a heartbeat! First of all, for the price this treadmill works great. It is easy to assemble and with the speaker system it a lot of fun to use. In my original review I stated that after we had started assembling the treadmill we noticed there were some damaged and rusty pieces. The packaging in which it had arrived was not damaged, so our assumption was that someone had assembled this, apparently left it outside (or somewhere where it got rusty), and then returned it. We decided to keep it and just ask for replacements for the damaged parts. After contacting Trbitty, the seller, we got an immediate response stating that we should not worry, that they would replace the damaged parts immediately and do whatever is needed to ensure our satsifcation.     • AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND THE FAKE REVIEWS
HORRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT BUY!! The instructions are 4 lines on one page for setup. The diagram is so small you can’t make anything out. The wording is vague and the product itself is messed up. The joints don’t line up properly and there’s no way to figure it out.

Treadmill came. Engine does not work. They keep sending me instructions on how to rewire it and install a new engine. I bought a brand new item and this is become such a big headache. Chinese crap thats broken before it arrives.

    • Do NOT buy. Customer service is HORRIBLE.
This is regarding a lightweight motorized treadmill from Acheer. It’s not so much about their product, but mostly about their attitude towards their customers. The short version of the story is that they shipped a defective product, which had noise levels higher than 100 dB while on running speed, and already 90+ dB at walking speed. Their customer support is very slow - and several messages come back saying “we’re on holiday right now and we might take up to three day to reply to your message”. Every other message I’ve sent them received auto reply, no matter the day of the week. They proposed a solution that didn’t work. I’ve decided to return the item, and they’ve “agreed”, as long as I shipped the item back to them, which was more expensive than the item itself. After several weeks with back and forth, I have to escalate the matter within Amazon Customer Support and found a satisfactory solution, while not ideal. Finally, did you notice there are several items with the same description and high ratings? I'm pretty sure they're gaming the rating system. Below, if you’re curious, you can find the full stream of events. My advice: do NOT buy from this seller. Quality issues happen. 100% quality assurance is nearly impossible. A quick resolution to issues is what differentiate between good and bad sellers. And this one seller is not part of the good ones. 1. I ordered this item on 09/12 and it was delivered more or less according to my expectations. From there, everything went downhill… 2. The item was delivered with a defect. It’s a motorized treadmill and it would run very noisy. This might sound too vague, so I will be more specific: at its lower speed, it’s already 80+ dB loud. As walk-speed, it’s 90+ dB, and at running speed, it’s easily 100dB. 3. I complained to the seller, who asked me to send pictures and videos of the treadmill running. As the videos wouldn’t be allowed in the customer service portal, the seller asked me to send them directly to their email, which I did. The videos show the treadmill running, and the sound level measured by an app on my phone. 4. The seller provided instructions for adjustments on the belt and electric motor, that should fix the problem. 5. I’ve spent a good five hours playing with the different adjustments, trying to make it less noisy, without results 6. I’ve returned the message to the seller, saying it didn’t work - and I wanted to return the item 7. The seller didn’t accept at first, proposing new measures to fix the problem 8. I’ve filed an A-Z amazon claim to escalate the matter and get the item returned 9. The seller agreed to return the item, but did not send a shipping label i.e. I was supposed to ship the item back, at my costs 10. Again, I escalated the matter to Amazon 11. The seller, then, instructed me to ship the item and then send a receipt of the shipment, for later reimbursement 12. I’ve tried doing so, but the item is 200 pounds heavy, and the shipment would be more expensive than the item 13. I escalated the matter to Amazon, once again, to ask for a shipping label and home pickup 14. The seller offered - once again - a different solution (shipping a replacement part, and giving me a 55% discount on the item), which was not of interest for me 15. Once again, I escalated the matter to Amazon, trying to file another A-Z claim. I learned, though, that since the seller already agreed to return the item, it’s not the case for an A-Z claim anymore. News for me, since my problem is not solved. I’m still paying for a defective item, that I no longer want to keep, and the seller refuses to pickup. 16. Another email from the seller, once again, proposing the same thing offered before. 17. I finally spent 60 minute on the phone with Amazon Customer Service, and a satisfactory solution was put in place. Doesn’t sound like fun, does it? As additional context, this one treadmill was bought as a gift to my wife, to replace her 10+ years old motorized treadmill that - guess what? - started to become a bit noisy… Ironic. My wife is not very happy with me right now… ... show more
