Bought 2. One for me and one for the wife. These bikes are legit! Easy to assemble. Great workmanship in the build it appears. Performance has blown us both away. The power is great even for me at 6’1” 230 lbs! The battery life is also great. Can’t hardly kill these things. As far as I can tell, there only seems to be one negative, and that’s the seat. Throw it in the trash and get you a good quality softer seat. You’ll thank me later. Bottom line: For the money, these are an awesome choice!! No regrets. ... show more

While this is a budget-minded eBike, compared to other brands that are at least 4 times the cost, Ancheer is a very helpful, attentive company. The battery on this bike broke after a couple months and Ancheer was quick to help and send out a replacement. Very communicative and they stand by their quality. And, the bike is awesome. It drives faster and further than my friend's bike that cost $2500! ... show more

Seller refuses to issue a refund when bike is found for a cheaper price in thier own store. They do this by forcing customer to pay exhorbadent shipping costs of shipping heavy items across the country. Very expensive for an unstable heavy large bike. Do not pay more than $330.
