Purchasing this product was a very wrong decision. Firstly, the packages were not delivered to the designated location as scheduled and the product assembly was difficult. The material of this product is like a big "straw", which is very fragile. Any heavy objects or tools dropped on the ground may be damaged. Compared to the same size product sold at Costco, this product is definitely not worth buying. Moreover, after you assemble it, you will find the above defects. I'm sure you'll barely be able to take the assembled storage unit apart again and put it back into the carton. then took two boxes weighing over 90 pounds each to the designated location to request a return. ... show more

Got the 6x4, which seems the perfect size if you want to fit a mower in there. It looks great and not complicated to put together. The instructions are clear, but I will recommend a 2nd person to help fit the flooring and roof together. Took about 4 hours to build.

This is a tough review to write because now that this shed is built I couldn't be happier, I love it! BUT, building it made me insane! My sister was visiting and helped me put it together. We were both frustrated and caused me to scream and yell at her a lot; I'm not sure she will ever visit me again :-) Sheds are expensive and once this is built you can't beat the price. Living in the Southwest, I don't need anything better than this. It looks great and works perfectly. Just don't build it with your spouse because it may cause you to get a divorce :-) ... show more

Customer service was good. I only got one box (it comes in two). Then I got the same box again. But they still sent the correct box. I really good at putting things together but this was difficult.
