DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or any ancel products. Customer service is god awful. They are no help what so ever. Scan tool still wont register after a week of having it because there is no customer service to call. Had to email them. Emailing customer service to be no help what so ever. Not even a phone number to call and try to get this resolved as soon as possible. So im sitting here with a 750$ scan tool i cant use without clearing the your device isn't registered yet message that pops up everytime I click a button. Do your research before buying this product. Has connectivity issues with different brand trucks. I will be returning mine and getting one from a more reputable company that actually deals with heavy duty trucks and has good customer service. Not people all the way across the word that are sleeping while im working.

I bought this to do forced regen on my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia. After unboxing, I downloaded all the available updates. The tablet felt and looked good. All the adapters felt solidly made. I was able to connect to my freightliner, was able to read codes, live data worked, but was unable to do a forced regen. It seems like a promising tool, but I was unwilling to part with $800 in the hopes that it would eventually be updated and work for what I needed it to, so I returned it.. I'm going to keep an eye on this, and if I see reviews stating it works on freightliners, I will purchase again.

This tablet scanner is a must have for any OTR Owner Operator because sometimes your engine computer send it to de rate or protection and you can’t move but this scanner force regeneration and erase codes to get to nearest city to get professional help support

Clearly states Doosan construction equipment in the pictures. Does not connect to dl series leaders. Took 12 hours for them to respond. All I got was "we're sorry". They say only works with select doosan models. Well I have doosan excavator and forklifts. Will not connect to those either. A terex excavator with a doosan engine, also no connection. Does connect to Caterpillar and Volvo loaders. I was able to read and clear trouble codes on both of those brands of machines. I have 9 doosan machines and only 1 of each of the other brands. So I will be returning this. The convenience of having a wireless connection to the machine and not be stuck in it while diagnosis is being done would have been nice. Most other systems you are tethered to the machine.
