Insane quality at this price and does exactly what you need. Our 2021 Traverse had a check engine light on and it reported a stored code that was not active, had triggered the light over something minor. I cleared it and we're all set. Thankful it was not a major issue but there is only one way to know, scan for code. Very simple interface and easy to understand.

Nice scanner for the price- it not only tell you the pxxx code but also tells you what that code problem is. Some of the cheaper ones just tell you the code, then you have to go online and look up the code, this one states it for example a P1034 it will tell you its the 02 sensor in bank 1

My car keeps popping a dummy light because there is some rust on my catalytic converter, no holes or punctures ot leaks, so my mechanic recommended I get a diagnostic machine to clear the code whenever the service engine soon light comes on and it's the pulling the converter's code. It came on once in the past two months and this diagnostics machine was so easy to use. I was easily able to connect it to my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, followed the instructions, it scanned quickly and read the code, I confirmed the code is the converter and was able to clear it so I'm not being plagued by that dashboard light over nothing. Simple and compatible with mine and my husband's vehicles. This tool is great to keep in your glove box so you know when you need to worry and when not to!
