The noise level is a never mind when it's not working at all. I bought 2, the round and square. The round I bought as a gift to my mother in law the square I bought for myself. We both love ice and spend many dollars buying bags so I surprised her with her own personal Ice machine. It was Awesome from day 1 but day 80 plus it's been down hill and a waist of money and time for me. I have felt betrayed, taken advantage of for my hard earned money and unfairly treated. The only pro is it makes good ice in a rapid amount of time but the major Con and most significant is that both our ice machines stop functioning right after 80 days and now we are stuck with non working ice machines and I bought both in August for me personal but for my mother in laws birthday. I feel really embarrassed because she is asking me what to do and I can't get any repairs, support and the worst there is no warranty after support after 90 days. I have lost over $600 for both ice machines and when I called for support the rep was rude because he stated it's past 90 days and there's nothing we can do "sorry". The unfortunate thing is that they stopped functioning properly after right at maybe 2 1/2 months but we was trying to trouble shoot and try all the you tube and "try this" resolutions but yet we both have ice machines that keeps blinking lights and will not function at all. With 90 days warranty and over $600 lost, all we got from Amazon and the seller is sorry but past 90 days, actually 98 days later I called but they say nothing they can do to help we apologize. I stated I called before 90 days which I did but I was told a supervisor would call back to help me meanwhile the time waiting led up to past 90 days. I called Amazon and the rep said I don't see where you called in the past so sorry I can't help because it'sgo because it's been 90 days. There was no additional warranty offered therefore I have 2 defective products with, no warranty, no repair, no help, and no resolution. This product was Great when it was working but they are a manufactured and defective product. The painful part is we had Almost 3 months of ice for a little more than $600 but it's especially bad if they offer no extended warranty and theirs is only for 90 days like it was used but it suppose to be new. I love Amazon so meanwhile Amazon is not the manufacturer therefore; donot buy the Anbull ice machines because if it fails you are in a you lose they still win situation like me now. It's a 50/ 50 chance for you but either way anbull sellers make money and they have collected yours. I'm just being Honest. We loved the Ice machines as long as they lasted. ... show more

I purchased the 32 cube version and I love ice this ice maker. I use it outside in a non-climate controlled building and it has worked great even in 85-90 degree temperatures. Produces a full bin in 2-3 hours. Pros: Makes a batch of full size cubes in 15 minutes even in warm temps although first cycle makes little or no ice). Fairly quiet outside, however noise may be more noticeable in a house. Ice shaver works well but is more like chipped ice than shaved ice. Works well with water bottle on top (I used a 2 liter bottle) but works great hooked up to a water line. Cons: Directions/Parts List lack detail and are incomplete. Main water reservoir must be drained into a sink or bucket as there is no place to attach a drain tube. To drain the main reservoir, you must slide half of the unit off the edge of the table or countertop. The included drain tube is only for the ice shaver area. Hardware included for water line hookup will not attach to standard 3/8 OD or 1/4 OD compression fittings or lead lines. I purchased " this filter " on Amazon which includes the proper brass fittings. Water input only accepts 1/4 OD tubing (not threaded). Cons are inconvenient but not enough to not like it. ... show more

    • Metal shavings in water reserve
Only thing that really is horrible is the water reserve looks dirty all the time and the little pieces of metal that 24/7 fall into the water from the ice maker area! Gotta empty and clean it twice a day which is too much work! It would be great if it didn’t have that huge problem

I am very pleased with this purchase. The ice maker works very well and I really like the option of using 3 ways of filling the machine with water. The one small negative is the fact that the square ice cubes do not drop independently, they tend to fall as a linked batch.

Another disappointing product from China. The ice maker worked well for 3 months and then stopped. We had it hooked into a water supply so that wasn't the problem. It had to constantly be reset, would make one cycle of ice cubes and have to be reset again. The ice shaver is very loud and didn't so much shave the ice but chunked it up. Worked fine for several months and then only worked part of the time then one of the metal pieces for making the ice fell off. I waited a long time for the machine to get here and then it turned out to be an awful purchase. Too much money for an unsatisfactory product.
