I gave 5 stars because the product seems to be everything it was advertised to be. If you read all the reviews and look over the images carefully you will see that it isn't difficult to install under ideal conditions. This should go on a new coop, not one that already has a door. Just give yourself lots of time to visualize what the instructions are telling you to do and what it will look like when done. This door won't work for me and if I purchased it locally, I would probably return it. But like I said, no false advertising. I can't say if the product works since I didn't get it installed but everything was packaged well and looks in order. The instructions are basic and I can't say with confidence that programming the clock was going to work out easily. I would return it if it were easy and I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend. ... show more

The product works as described. Very easy to install and works. The only problem product is the timer loses it’s memory and has to be reprogrammed every time there is a power blink. ALSO THE REMOTES DO NOT COME WITH BATTERIES.

Custmer service is pathetic. They expect you to troubleshoot and fix your own door. Then they argue with you. I guess if you get it and it works right out of the box, you might be ok. I personally do not know if that happens. If you have problems, you’re on your own. Waste of money.
