The media could not be loaded. I decided to buy this Macbook Pro 2017 with a lot of fear after reading in the reviews that things not always go well, but anyway with no few doubts I made the decision and I bought it. And lo and behold, I couldn't be more satisfied. My biggest fear was to see that the laptop arrived in a very simple cardboard box, I would say a poor packaging, only partially secured and with packing tape. But don't worry, inside there was a jewel very well protected by on of those inflatable packaging. Once the box was opened I could not believe it, it was new to the naked eye. The exterior was simply spotless, it had minimal scratches, something like if it had been used for a month, the screen had a tiny 1 cm scratch, but so small that the screen needs to be turned off and one must make a lot of effort to find it. I think the charger and cable are not original, they look good anyway. The battery was half full and it took me less than an hour to fully charge it. I upgraded the OS to High Sierra in about 1 hour 15 minutes. The battery on the other hand has 219 cycles and its status marks as normal. While I ordered space gray and got a silver one I really can't complain. It is the first time that I have an Apple computer and I have been using only 24 hours to realize that this Laptop is in very good condition, it turned on very quickly, is fast and everything works wonderfully. ... show more

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the of this laptop. I had high hopes when I purchased it, expecting it to be in "excellent refurbished condition." Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Right off the bat, as soon as I opened the laptop, I noticed debris all over the screen and keyboard. It was not a great first impression. To make matters worse, there are several deep scratches and very noticeable dents on three of the four corners of the screen, as well as two on the keyboard. Another letdown is the keys. The "a" and "e" keys have clearly rubbed off from use, which is expected for a used laptop. However, instead of replacing them, they simply put stickers over them. To top it all off, the screen is covered in what appears to be small chips or scratches. I could overlook these cosmetic issues since I purchased a case that covers most of them. Unfortunately, I have my concerns about the performance of it as well. Firstly, the battery has already reached 573 cycles. Service is already being recommended. Furthermore, the generic charger that is included takes an incredibly long time to fully charge the battery and, to make matters worse, it gets excessively hot during the charging process. Lastly, even during regular usage, the laptop itself tends to become very hot after just a couple of minutes. Considering these performance-related issues, it becomes increasingly difficult to justify the purchase of this laptop. If you’re looking for a cheap high quality reuse MacBook, I would highly advise you to choose. This one it came to me within two days not that hard to set up a few little bumps but nothing much. Also it has a touchscreen, which is very easy to use. I would highly recommend.!

It’s my first time with a MacBook. It’s so expensive for the up-do-date ones so I took a chance on this one. It looked brand new coming out the box. Came with a charger. And it was completely dead. But it gets error messages sometimes about the computer has an error and had to shut down. And the battery life is terrible. On a run alone, it’s about 5-6 hrs. Maybe. Longer in standby mode. Speed is good. Brightness is good. And the screen quality is great. Design is slim and light weight. Loved how you can curry it anywhere you need it. The keyboard for me works excellent so far. I was concerned buying this due to certain reviews. Once purchased it took about 1 week to get here. On opening it the charger did not work, that isn’t a big deal to me because of the fact I have another charger. If it were to be someone else it would be a different story. It was dead and took about 5 minutes to turn on when plugged in. When I looked closer at it I noticed a few scratches and marks but nothing I would be concerned or upset about, let’s be real it is a refurbished 2017 Mac Book. I was able to login quickly and everything has been working so far. I did have to do a software update because it wasn’t updated since 2021. All in all, I think it is worth the money. If you look at the price on a brand new Mac Book and don’t need anything fancy this is definitely the choice! ... show more
