This chair is great for anyone who wants a simple and basic game chair for their setup! The chair is easy to build and it looks nice. The back supports and adjustability are able to be locked into place as you lean back into the chair, and stay until you have released it. The cushioning is very good as well, very soft and comfortable, and like most other chairs, if you sit in it all day, it does hurt after several hours.     • The pictures does NOT match what I received.
Condition upon arrival was bad. The box containing the hardware was ruptured and it made a hole in the bottom cushion. Assembly was ok. It took roughly about 30-45 minutes. Mostly was clear. A few steps here and there were a bit grey. Top pillow is good, sleek and firm. But will break soon due to cheap plastic clip to hold it in place. Back rest is sturdy and well built because of internal structure. Lumber support is working as intended but its contributing to a problem. Bottom cushion is much too short. My thighs stick out and because I am 5'5 I have to raise the height of the chair to reach my keyboard/mouse comfortably. So my feet are not really touching the ground and the edge of the cushion is cutting off my circulation. I did not have a problem with my previous chair. The foot rest is a Joke. Its more of a calves rest. And there is not comfortable about it. Its too thin and its a pain in the butt to pull out from under the chair because the rungs are so tight in their holders. The casters (wheels) where replaced with taller and rubber wheels because the chair was not reaching the desired height. To prevent losing my circulation I have to keep my feet on the legs of the chair. Sooo Overall. I would have to say that this chair is better suited for a young teenager like 11-14. I cannot agree with their add for comfort as it not. The pictures do NOT match what I received. So deceptive product presentation and lack of comfort. its way to stiff. To me this is a failed purchase. I do not recommend. Because I cannot used this as intended. Ill take the next 3 days to decide if I am keeping it or returning it. Such a pain. Update: this chair is an absolute disaster. It is uncomfortable and feels like sitting on wood. My arms fall out or the armrests and the back pillow is already sagging.     • Be careful of material
Bought in Oct 24 for my 7 year old. The whole bottom of the chair is peeling off. Every time he sits on it the material falls off. Called Amazon said they couldn’t help because of when purchased. No manufactures warranty. Disappointed!
