Works great and looks nice. Face is easy to read for those who are nearsighted without glasses. Love that it is silent: no taking to keep me awake. Easy to set time and alarm. The only thing missing us a button on top to illuminate at night and/or stop alarm. For those functions you need to fumble with buttons on back of clock. Otherwise perfect.

My old clock didn't have an alarm that was as loud as I wanted, so I bought this as a replacement. The alarm volume on this one is fine, and I was surprised to find that the case is metal instead of plastic, which is a good thing IMO. But the old clock had an LED-lighted dial with a sensor that turned the light on only when the room was dark (i.e., a night-light dial) and a switch which allowed me to keep the light off except when I push a button. This clock has an incandescent light instead of an LED, and it only comes on when the button is pushed (which is probably a good thing because the incandescent bulb as a night light would probably drain the battery very quickly). If the manufacturer upgrades the light to LED and adds night-light functionality, the clock will be perfect. As it stands, it's still a very good clock, IMO.

I wanted a battery analog clock, not digital. It sits on my windowsill at the kitchen sink. I use the second hand to time hand-washing to ensure I am washing 20 seconds. I hate the birthday song that everyone says to sing twice. No. I hate it so much I sing it too fast, twice, and I bet I have the time down to 10 seconds, which defeats the purpose. This clock is much better than that irritating nasty song. I also use this clock to time priming my water filter for 30 seconds. Unfortunately, everyone should use water filters, really, because of arsenic, lead, fluoride, PFAS. I like things to be simple, elegant, and a good value. My little clock is a green shade that looks period-appropriate in my renovated 1930s kitchen. Many of the walls in the house used to be that color 90 years ago. Now the kitchen is a sunny, soft yellow, so the clock is a throwback burst of color. How many times do you get to pick just the right color? I was happily surprised by that from the seller. Best of all this clock does not add to noise pollution. I might get another one to use in the bedroom, it's so silent. That way I can press the button on the back to see what time it is if the cat wakes up in the middle of the night barfing. The light is low-light so it won't blast my synapses, unlike the REM-shattering nature of a cat seeking equilibrium. Even in this liminal state of half asleep, half awake, the hurl poses a conundrum. If I can't smell it, I can note where it is and leave it until morning, but will I remember? And what if I step in it? Swearing profusely is not a good way to start the day. Nor is realizing how pedestrian and tired those expletives are, but trying to come up with better words to describe my displeasure is counter-productive to the goal of not waking up so much that I can't get back to sleep. So I might as well get up, turn on the light, clean it up and console the poor kitty. Then I have to go wash my hands for 20 seconds -- looks like I'll need to buy a third clock for the bathroom -- but it will take 4 minutes for the water to get warm enough, so cold water further blasts the synapses. Before settling back in bed, I can admire my new little clock, and send out a thought of thanks to the kids who started this business to solve some of life's little challenges for grateful customers. Life is good.

I needed to replace a clock that I had in my bedroom bathroom for many years but didn't survive a fall to my tile floor when I accidentally knocked it over. I wanted something small with no bells and whistles. I just needed it to tell me the time and look nice. Plus did not want a digital clock face. This clock fits the bill perfectly. I love that you can't hear the second hand ticking away when it is absolutely quiet at night. I set it up about a month ago and it is keeping perfect time so far. I love the green color. Matches my bathroom walls perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase.
