My only complaint is that the knobs on the front are not marked (water gas) which left us to guessing which was which. Luckily we guessed correctly. Gas on the left and water on the right. The instructions were full of warnings and I think simple markings would have been nice. Our home is going to have the natural gas off for over a month for repairs and this will be a real life saver during this time. ... show more

This water heater works great. No complaints whatsoever. If you're looking to get a portable water heater than this model is worth every dime. It comes with all the fittings needed to attach a garden hose and one of those white propane tanks used with BBQ grills. The shower head works just fine and has a cradle fitting and screws to mount it for hands free shower. The flame turns on and off automatically when the on/off button on the shower head is engaged and hot water is near instant. No waiting. ... show more

    • Nice tankless water heater!
Really cannot be happier with this tankless water heater! We have been needing one for our RV for quite a while and after reading some reviews we landed on this one! It came very well packed and secured and had all of the parts that it was supposed to have. My husband was easily able to get this installed and ready to use in no time! I can happily say that all of the measurements are 100% true to the ad as well so it fit perfectly in the space that we needed it to with no issues whatsoever! This is super lightweight and very easily portable and you can bring it in a boat, for RV Etc would also be perfect for camping too! Just a great and very versatile tankless water heater! It was super easy to get set up and even easier to use. All the controls are very well labeled so you can easily know what is what. The hot water works even better than I would have imagined so you have to be a little bit careful with that as to not burn yourself. It definitely heats up pretty quick as well. I feel like it's an excellent value for your money as well especially when you compare it with other similar tankless water heaters that you can find on here. We got this as an alternative to shuffling the dogs in and out of the shower for bath time, wanting something that we can easily fire up year round outside. This has provided our every desire. We have been using our 40lbs. RV tanks to run it, and can't even tell any propane has been used. So far, no fires or malfunctions, just fires right up and gives us on the fly hot water. For convenience and storage, we have been hanging from a hook so it is easy up and easy down. It is a little clunky, especially with all the lines run to it, but a bungee later and we have cord control and stability. Will continue to update, but feel this will last well across periodic use, probably not the best for daily, consistent use. ... show more
