Pros: Seems sturdy, attaches to my Trueform treadmill which has 2" steel tubing for the handrails - it just fits! Also works with my Galaxy S23 Ultra - barely - we'll see if the rubber corner holders get stretched out over time. Cons: Arrived in a busted-up box, no instructions on assembling the 2 pieces (not difficult to figure out, but it took me a second to make sure it wasn't in 2 pieces because it was broken). Tension mount side pieces have to be manually pulled apart. I bought this because I listen to podcasts while doing longer runs, and I wanted to easily be able to access my phone without having to get off the treadmill. The Trueform Trainer doesn't have a surface where you can put anything, so I needed something that would clamp on securely. So far, this seems to be the ticket. I've used this many times and it works perfectly. I got it to hold my phone while holding and it works perfectly for that. I've also used it many times when we go on our family bike rides. It attaches securely to my bike and holds my phone very securely. I actually want to get at least one more so I can keep one on the bike and one in my golf bag! I really like this holder. I've even attached it to the edge of our counter just to see how it works. Literally works great for anything that will fit inside the clamp. This phone holder clamps on very tightly to the golf cart for which it was purchased. The phone fits in securely, especially when using the straps on each corner of the phone. Holds my phone well on my push cart or on the golf cart. I have an iPhone max and I can not get all four rubber bands around the phone, however, the two bottom bands along with the side support hold the phone in place on the roughest ride on the course.
