There are just quite a few connections that are tightened with an Allen wrench-similar to IKEA furniture. The look of the product is nice but the cushions are not the quality I expected for 4 inches. The foam inside is very soft so you sink and it feels like you are not sitting on much of a cushion at all. If I add some additional foam the seat cushions will be perfect. The back rest cushions did not come in all the same size. One back cushion was more the size of a head rest so I have one section of the sectional with a very small cushion. I am waiting to hear back from the company to replace the small cushion. I thought is was easy to assemble other than two holes that did not line where you place the bottom plastic pieces.

El juego en sí es hermoso, para mi esposo y mi, ensamblarlo no fue difícil aunque tiene sus dificultades, hay piezas que no coinciden y después quedan como que chuecas, pero se ve hermoso, hay que comprarle mas cojines y se ve hermoso, no es una calidad extrema pero para dentro del porch está bien

The assembly of this product was not hard (time consuming; but not hard). And we thoroughly love the color, we did the dark brown wicker and grey cushions. We have kids, so I am a little nervous about the glass table top in the little square table, but as of now this couch has been a hit on our back porch. I will say when we recieved box one, I was really nervous because we didn’t have all the pieces so I contacted the seller who responded the same day and let us know the delivery can take between 4-7 days (the rest of the pieces came the second day). Overall very happy with our purchase; I normally don’t purchase something without reading the reviews but since this didn’t have any reviews I decided to take a chance on it because it was the perfect size for our porch and I am SO GLAD we took the chance.

One of my “L” panels is missing the threaded hole on one end and I emailed support many times with no response. I checked the email address. So my sectional is not entirely securely assembled. I would give 4 stars if not for that. It is nice for the money but I’m adding foam to cushions for comfort. Too much work invested to return.

The set as a whole is nice. The instructions are horrible. We received a duplicate part instead of a part we needed causing me to modify it so we could use it for a function we were having. Most of the parts were missing labels or mislabeled. So be ready for some frustration.
