There are just quite a few connections that are tightened with an Allen wrench-similar to IKEA furniture. The look of the product is nice but the cushions are not the quality I expected for 4 inches. The foam inside is very soft so you sink and it feels like you are not sitting on much of a cushion at all. If I add some additional foam the seat cushions will be perfect. The back rest cushions did not come in all the same size. One back cushion was more the size of a head rest so I have one section of the sectional with a very small cushion. I am waiting to hear back from the company to replace the small cushion. I thought is was easy to assemble other than two holes that did not line where you place the bottom plastic pieces. ... show more

The assembly of this product was not hard (time consuming; but not hard). And we thoroughly love the color, we did the dark brown wicker and grey cushions. We have kids, so I am a little nervous about the glass table top in the little square table, but as of now this couch has been a hit on our back porch. I will say when we recieved box one, I was really nervous because we didn’t have all the pieces so I contacted the seller who responded the same day and let us know the delivery can take between 4-7 days (the rest of the pieces came the second day). Overall very happy with our purchase; I normally don’t purchase something without reading the reviews but since this didn’t have any reviews I decided to take a chance on it because it was the perfect size for our porch and I am SO GLAD we took the chance. ... show more

One of my “L” panels is missing the threaded hole on one end and I emailed support many times with no response. I checked the email address. So my sectional is not entirely securely assembled. The set as a whole is nice. The instructions are horrible. We received a duplicate part instead of a part we needed causing me to modify it so we could use it for a function we were having. Most of the parts were missing labels or mislabeled. So be ready for some frustration.
