- Sensor Mode In the sensor mode, the security light will automatically turn on when it detects people, animals or cars passing by. - Micro-Bright Mode This mode allows the security light to go into a low brightness standby state, saving you electricity bills. When the sensor is not activated, the security light will remain slightly bright, and when the motion sense is triggered, it will be fully illuminated. The brightness setting range of the micro-bright mode is 1%-30%, and the brightness time range is 1min - 8h.
- Manual Mode In manual mode, the security light is like an ordinary outdoor floodlight, you can manually control the light with a switch. Also, you can set a delayed shut-off (for example, set it to turn off after 3 hours), or you can set a timer schedule (on at 6pm and off at 12pm)

I have bought both the Amico and the Onforu flood lights. The two units are very similar, but here are some differences: Onforu is made mostly of metal, but the Amico is mostly plastic. Amico motion sensor can be adjusted latterally, but the Onforu can only be moved vertically. Amico failed after one year. It started blinking randomly. I replaced it wth Onforu. Amico is more sensitive to motion. It can detect motion at a greater distance. Amico is more energy efficient (40W) than the Onforu (55W). Amico also logs events while Onforu does not appear to do so.

Lights work great. Easy to install and connect to wifi through the app.. My package did not come with the mounting hardware but after notifying the seller they offered me half price refund or a new set with the hardware included. These mount with a center screw so finding a 4" crossbar that takes a screw was not possible near me. They sent me a new set with everything and I installed them that day. I would recommend. The lights are as described and they take care of their customers.

Let me start with the good and there is alot of it......this is by far the brightest non commercial flood light I have ever seen, lit up my entire back yard where previously it took two flood lights to do this and they weren't nearly as bright. As advertised it was installed in less then ten minutes. Instructions and app are great where you can adjust the lights brightness color and hue. Finally the motion sensor is top of he line, surprising you get all this for a great price. Now the disappointment, box and the description clearly state this is an "Alexa" compatible device. But is it really? Just about any product with wifi these days I can technically say is Alexa compatible as you know if your good with your Alexa echo devices you can program wifi products to your liking. So be aware that there's no programed items that run with Alexa. The app you download for the light from the app store, again not something that runs with Alexa aside from the wifi and how good you are programing Alexa Home that will be the supposed "works with Alexa" title on the box and on the sales page. Also beware, the wifi is easy to set up and works great with the app and light. It's always needing to be reconnecting to your phone and the wifi when you're out of range. The turn the light off three times instructions works like a charm but it's quite annoying to be honest having to do it anytime I want to use the app.

Editing my review again, back to 4 stars. I had dropped it to one star because I thought the WiFi functionality failed after 8 months, but it didn't. Something changed in my home that has introduced wireless interference, so the light could no longer connect to my router (which has not moved in literally 5 years). I repositioned the router and it's sort of okay now. The app is telling me that the signal is weak but it still works as it should. ------------ I bought this specifically as a trigger for Google Home routines and it works perfectly for that. I had a little trouble with the physical installation due to having a shallow electrical box. Also, note that when you install the ground lug you need to do it on the BACK of the mounting bracket in order for the light to sit flush with the bracket. Also, something that was not obvious to me was the settings on the motion sensor itself - the motion sensitivity range dial in particular. It's like any other motion sensor, except when you turn the sensitivity dial the whole way down, there is a "WiFi" setting. For the "smart" version of this light you leave it on WiFi so that you can control it with the app. It seems that in the "WiFi" mode the settings on the motion sensor itself are ignored. If you turn the dial away from "WiFi", like I did, it ignores the app and it becomes just a normal, "dumb" light. The app has an icon in the profile section to add to Google Home with one click. Google Home recognized it immediately and allowed me to use it as a trigger for home automation routines. The light is very bright and lights up my entire driveway. The aimable heads allowed me to light up areas that I could not previously with my old light.

Out of the box, this is an impressive light that appears well-designed and of quality build. Once installed, I found the app's setup to be fairly easy with plenty of automations available for individual, or groups, of lights. The key selling feature for us is the ability to set the color temperature and brightness in manual mode. I was a bit concerned about the capability to switch between manual and sensor (motion-detection) modes; however, the app offers the ability to schedule automated "scenes", effectively switching between manual and sensor modes as desired. All around, I am very pleased; however, there are a couple of things to consider if you're interested in this light, hence the 4-star review: 1) The single pack model does not match the 2-pack model, both in size and design. Aside from a different passive infrared (motion) head, the base is 1/2 inch wider in diameter (5" vs. 4.5"). This is somewhat trivial if you're attaching it to a recessed junction box. However, if you have a flush-mounted junction box, the light base will not provide a water-resistant seal, especially given that the gasket provided is too small for the 5" base. This may be a quality assurance issue with packaging; nevertheless, it resulted in a return to get another 2-pack. If you do decide to go with the larger light base and use a flush-mounted junction box, good luck finding a junction box that fits the 5" base... I could not. 2) When setting up the light, the instructions were a bit cumbersome to follow. Instead, I simply set the dial on the motion head to "Wi-Fi", turned on the power, and did an auto-search using the app. It located and added the light within 30 seconds.
