Upon being notified, the seller immediately began efforts to replace the damaged piece with excellent communications with us and a quick reshipment of a replacement part. The stars given for this product was for the shipping itself ! The actual product doesn’t look very sturdy so I’m not sure why all the good reviews also the picture shows a solid wooden table this is built using the cardboard type wood that breaks easily and holds moisture easily! It came out of the box broken in multiple spots before even attempting to assemble and the box wasn’t much damaged so not sure why! Also the bench was busted as well underneath. The photo shows a solid wooden table but the table is two small squares you are suppose to piece together with two small pieces of wood so there will always be a crack or parting line and that is not shown in the advertising photo. I wanted the cloth cushioned seat chair set similar to this set but was already skeptical on spending so much money on an Amazon table and sadly I was right! I have no dining table still because of this so we have no where to eat as a family. And I was told to wait 48 hours for the seller to respond? I wouldn’t purchase this again if ever given the chance considering the issues with damaged products also let me not forget but the bench didn’t come with legs either 🤦🏼♀️

This piece came in broken with cracks on the underside of the table. The seller was wonderful to work with. They replaced the parts very quickly. I'm very satisfied with how it was handled. The table is nice. The chairs are sturdy and the bench is cute. It doesn't take long to put together.

Great table! Very good quality for the price, easy instructions, was delivered fast with no damage. I’m so surprised and happy with this purchase. A steal for that price and quality. It’s not huge, but it’s a perfect size for my family of 5. If you’re one of those families who set out their food at the table buffet style, it’s probably too small. But we always make our plates then sit at the table so it’s perfect.

I don't do many reviews anymore but this product impressed me. Packed efficiently in two boxes with simple instructions and excellent hardware. I've assembled a lot of furniture over the years - this is the best I have ever seen. Basically three different size bolts, everything labeled, and, most importantly, aligned perfectly. I and my wife assembled it together. Without major argument and in less than an hour. Finished product was actually better than I had expected.

I guess I was expecting a bigger table for the price. Also not sure why the manufacturer would staple the hardware to the table and bench with thick black straps which caused me more time to remove it just put it in the box! They also put it in styrofoam that was all over the place in pieces that adhered to the furniture and was very hard to get out of my house. Weird smell but dissipates over time. Update: Seller reached out and was very apologetic and refunded me $85 for my troubles. I am updating my star rating because the product itself is not bad, it is sturdy and does the job I just simply hated the smell and the packaging the most. Could be slightly bigger but that is my fault for not reading the measurements. Great customer service!

Initially my table showed up damaged. I asked for a refund or replacement, and the seller offered me $60. I told them that was completely unacceptable to which they offered $160. Again, I said that was completely unacceptable, I wanted either a full refund or a replacement table. After going back a forth they finally sent me a replacement box 1 which also showed up damaged. I was able to take 2 pieces from each box to make one complete, undamaged table. Assembly was fairly easy, the table looks nice enough but, unfortunately, had to go through a bunch of grief to get the seller to make it right.
