This seams to be a great little washer for the money. It was easy to assemble and after filling with oil and gas it fired up after about 3 pulls. I do wish they would have put in the instructions how much oil it should take to fill it up and made it easier to find what oil weight you should use. I do feel that the quality of the water hose could be improved, but like I said, for the money I’m not complaining. I would recommend this for any homeowner looking for a decent pressure washer that won’t break the bank.

The hose broke the first day. The hose that comes with it. It burst it a hole the first day that I used it. I tried to go through Support just to get a new hose. I’ve heard nothing back and that was last week. So here I am writing a review trying to get them to make things right. All I need is the new hose.

I've rented power washers before and figure it could do with my own. This one fit my budget and had comparable features. The first thing I noticed was how small and light it was. Having no gas tank, and all the bits associated with a gas engine, it's also going to be cheaper to maintain. Instructions were fairly easy to follow. You'll need a few common tools. The front stand was a little fiddly to bolt on but everything else was simple. The plastic handle felt lightweight and cheap but it actually performed quite well. There is a long power cable and the instructions give plenty of warning about the dangers of water and electric and offers help to avoid water creeping down the cable. There's an assortment of nozzles that are conveniently attached to the washer. They provide various degrees of spray coverage. Water is provided by directly attaching a water hose to the machine so you're limited by how long you're hose is plus the extra connected to the spray handle. Now... does it work? Absolutely. Whether you're cleaning a fence, drive way or car, this should for your needs. It stores neatly and two large wheels makes it easy to move. Overall, if you're in the market for a power washer then give this one a serious consideration.

Not even 4 hours in & the hose busted. Great machine. Save the time & buy a new hose for it when you buy the machine. Works great only downfall is the hose that comes with.

Very compact and good power. The length of the cord is OK, not too much, not too short. The quality seems to be well made. The cleaning power and feature of having a cleaning agent container does work well. It does come with 4 different angle nozzles. From the standpoint of design, overall it is good, with the exception of: the drawback for me is the plastic to hold in place the trigger and lance is awkward and can only hold it in place if it is in storage, the moment you move it to repositioning (to move it from the garage to the outside) to start cleaning it will fall out of place. Another thing is the length of the lance, I am 5'7" and in order to get close enough to clean the concrete slab, I had to bend my back a little bit which can be a uncomfortable if the area you are cleaning is big. So, maybe 2 or 3 inches in length will be better for my back.

There should be a zero star option! DO NOT BUY THIS! It repeatedly stalled during first use & as per yahoo Mail the support email domain does not exist & my calls went unanswered. Thankfully I reported the issue immediately to Amazon & they were great about it!
