These Palms were a lot bigger than I expected them to be and a lot better than what I received from another vendor. They sent me a stick attached to a stake with no dirt remaining in their tiny pot. Needless to say it died so I requested a refund and return the product. 2 weeks later that same box arrived back at my door. Crazy. The packaging for this first order wasn’t the greatest but with a little water, mine survived and they look beautiful. In fact, I received the 1st order on 7/12 and it took me 7 weeks to plant in their permanent containers. Just a little water every day and they’re doing wonderful and thriving as is. I can’t recommend this company and their products enough. Update.. They are still thriving and growing large. I’ve planted them in the ground now. I placed another order. They came in 10/23 and they are just as beautiful and healthy as can be. This time the packaging was perfect, I’m so impressed with this company, their product and their staff who care and package the palms. I highly recommend the product and the company. ... show more

It looks nothing like the picture. The soil was bone dry. The leaves are dried out and dead. It wasn’t potted properly as you can see that so much of it is exposed without soil and it’s very rootbound with roots reaching out from the bottom of the nursery pot. You can tell it wasn’t properly cared for and then they took forever to ship it. I contacted Amazon and they’re sending a replacement. If the replacement comes in better condition I will revise my review but they are also taking forever to ship the replacement so I am not too hopeful that it will fare any better. I will try to see if there’s anything I can do for them because I love plants and hate to see them die but sadly they seem to be way too far gone to save. I’m so disappointed. ... show more

I purchased my first Kentia Palm here on Amazon not really knowing what to expect. Received my first Palm, securely wrapped and stored inside a sturdy cardboard box. It’s a very healthy plant. It arrived in very good shape and was delivered much faster than expected! It’s been almost two weeks out still doing exceptionally well!). After the first week, I liked the first Kentia so much that I ordered my second one. It was equally healthy and almost a week out it is doing exceptionally well. After they both had time to readjust to their new environment, I’ll be transplanting them into the planters you see here, in Miracle Grow’s Palm and cactus soil. They will also sit about 1,1/2 feet taller in these planters, with soil. ... show more

I bought this item 2x because it is a beautiful plant. the first time the plant was more than 20" tall lush and full. the 2nd time the plant was healthy and in good condition but was 8" tall and didnt have as many fronds. . they were both in 6" pot. that is a big difference in plant size for the same price. there is no specific plant size given in description so I guess seller discretion ... show more

I was quite worried with what I would receive but I'm very happy with the size and quality I got for the price. I looked hard locally to get one of these and the closest ones available was half-hour away at more than triple the price. It was well packed and arrived quickly. It looks healthy and well branched with new shoots emerging. Thank you for for making this available and at an affordable price! Updating review after 5 months: I would subtract half of a star if there was that option. This is because there were a lot of little worms in the soil. They drain out each time I water, though there are less and less now. I don’t think it’s affecting the health of the plant as far as I can tell. ... show more
