Overall it looks pretty good, the white is quite white almost like star war troopers white. The seat is not too deep so you may want to consider that, I'm petite so it's ok for me. I like the height control, a simple pull of the lever up/down, works well. Swivel smoothly, it glides great on my wood floor. The back is not very ergonomic, but it does have a control for tilt. I loosened up the knob at the bottom of the seat, but couldn't figure out what to do with the lever based on the diagram, pull left or right, how? Tried different things but the tilt seems more or less the same, so it's not like it actually reclines I guess. I do not have enough weight to push the back further, the default angle is not great but acceptable. The tough part is the assembly, instructions are not so clear. For the wheels, I tried to push them into the base, but they won't go in, not sure if I should force them in and risk breaking the plastic wheels. After fighting with the chair for a long time, the wheels finally went in. Also, attaching the armrests on the seat is very tough after you've already put the seat on the the base with the wheels on them. The whole thing moves around. They should have you put the armrests onto the seat first, before putting the seat onto the base. Anyway, I think in general, Ikea chairs are better quality, more comfortable, and easier to assemble. I will have to see about the comfort level over time, may add a little cushion to see if it helps. But for now I really needed a fairly good looking mid-back chair that rolls well and this one does the job.

This chair is very comfortable. It is sturdy, and you can adjust the high. It isn’t too firm, it is very comfortable to sit on for 8+ hours a day. I use it personally in my home office. Comes in black and you get your moneys worth.

I am super happy with this chair! It is better than expected and is VERY COMFORTABLE! Only one screw hole on the left arm side of the chair was stripped out, but I got the screw in almost all the way (but not far enough to put the cap cover over it). That was the ONLY thing I would have changed and that was not enough to keep it from a 5-Star rating! It is an excellent chair and an excellent price!!! Kathy Hoyt

At this price point, you can't expect perfection, and if you order this chair do keep those expectations low. It is reasonably comfortable, and the faux leather looks and feels nice. However, it is smaller than the ad photos lead one to imagine, and the arms are a bit close in. The back tilts but it's default position can't be adjusted, and the seat tends to pitch you toward the front rather than toward the back. It is easy to assemble (about 15 minutes). Tip: don't fully tighten the arms until after you attach the back, then fully tighten the bolts on all three pieces. My biggest complaint is a strange flaw with the back on mine that presents unevenly where it meets the seat (see photo). I am choosing to accept the flaw rather than attempt an exchange. I don't expect this chair will hold together for long, and next time I'll spend more and be more picky. For the price, this is adequate, but nothing more.

This office chair is a great product FOR THE PRICE POINT!!! If you're over 6 feet tall or 250 pounds or both this is NOT the chair for you. Also, if you're used to very expensive, professional, office furniture at your workplace, this is NOT the chair for you. I didn't want to spend over $100 for a reasonably comfortable home office chair and this product fit the bill perfectly. Several reviewers have remarked that the assembly process was not the easiest. I used the tools pictured in the attached photo and it was fairly straight forward with a clear & easy to follow instruction manual. Overall (to include unboxing), the entire process took me about 30 minutes. If I had only used the Allen wrench provided to assemble the chair, the process would been somewhat more challenging and time consuming. Additionally, some reviewers have commented that sitting in this chair for more than 2 or 3 hours at a time is uncomfortable. Well, I have a $1,000, ergonomic chair at work and that's also uncomfortable after sitting in it for 2 or 3 hours. So for frequent home office work less than 45 minutes at a time, this chair is great. For serious, full time, work-from-home 8 hours a day, you'll have to spend a lot more to be comfortable. FOLLOW UP: After about 10 months of almost daily use my original comments above remain the same. The chair is still in great shape and working well for less than an hour at a time. Wheels aren't the best even on a tiled surface, but if that's what I wanted, I would have spent a lot more money. Still very happy with this purchase.

My 14 year old son wanted a new desk chair. He is 5'11" 200 lbs. He put it together in about 20 minutes and been using it since. Sturdier than other chairs, good back height and comfortable while gaming for hours on end.
