I've used almost the whole bottle. The gummies are actually pretty good, only a tiny bit of medicine after taste. It says to take 3 at a time. It's hard to say if they work or not, but I did notice that when I don't take them I feel less energetic. I don't see any negative effects so I'm happy with them ... show more

Tasted great (for a multivitamin). I don’t get why other reviews are criticizing the taste so much? No reason for vitamins to taste like candy, if you want something that tastes good, eat candy!!! The vitamins themselves were fine and dandy.

Really nice chewables. Serving size is 3 gummies (odd) but the flavor is overall pretty good. I'm just sad they are currently out of stock with no alternatives for a men's gummy.
