This steam cleaner works really well. It makes cleaning so much easier. It heats up fast and gives strong steam to clean. I used it in the kitchen and bathroom and it removed grease and dirt better than expected. The different attachments are useful for small corners and grout lines. The water tank size is good and lasts long enough for normal cleaning jobs. I like that it does not need chemicals, just water. It feels sturdy and easy to hold. Overall this is a very useful cleaner and worth buying for everyday cleaning around the house.

Very helpful when cleaning small crevices and areas you wouldn’t normally be able to get to. Easily lifts caked on dirt. The cord length is decent and I’m able to use where I need without having to use an extension cord. Once you run out of water in the tank you have to wait quite a bit for it to cool before you can open the valve to add more water, however I was able to deep clean a bathroom on 1-2 tanks so definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall this machine is great for the price and I find myself using it even more than I thought I would. I love that I’m not having to use harsh chemicals to clean, especially when I have small children and dogs. It also comes with plenty of attachments to meet any cleaning need.

I absolutely love this steam cleaner! It makes cleaning so much easier without breaking your back scrubbing for hours. I was honestly shocked at how well it cleaned my windows — they’re clearer and more streak-free than when I use regular glass cleaner. WOW !!! This steam cleaner works really well . It's light weight but gives strong steam to deep clean grease and dirts. The cord lenght is long which makes the work easier. I 've used it to clean my old stove top and came out like a new one :) Very happy with this machine and I will use it for all my bathrooms too. No chemicals ,no mess, Just steam clean and wipe out with towels. That's it !! I highly recommend this steam cleaner !!!

I was excited to receive this product and read the instructions and went to work 15 minutes after receipt. I First tried it on a granite bathroom sink and then on bathtub tile and it did a horrible job. There was steam but not no where near what was needed. It did not clean even the simplest task. I boxed it up and was ready to send it back with a one star review and noticed a video on the cancellation page. I watched the entire video which was the same as the manual and saw nothing different than what I did and said what the heck I will try it one more time but this time making double sure I did everything on the video. This thing is amazing and performed just as expected. The steam this time was intense and so hot it melted the cork between the tile because I was scraping too hard. I suggest using in an area not seen to get the hang of how much pressure you want to apply to the brush. If the mold is too bad just go ahead and clean it all out and buy some cork and recork it. If you smear the cork the steamer can be used to clear it. I went back and tried it on the granite sink. I have tried every chemical I can find and nothing did this job but the steamer did it by loosening whatever had stuck to the counter and it now looks like new and I used no chemicals. It did not work well for the bath tub using steamer only but I use Oxi Clean for this job and it provides effortless cleaning without using the steamer at all. My suggestion to anyone considering purchase that you should write down your expectations before purchase. Read the reviews to see if people can verify it will do what you want. Once you receive the product run through at least two to three uses before thinking it does not get hot enough. I don't know why this is but it definitely made a difference for me on the second try. My purpose for this purchase was to clean bathroom mold and kitchen and sink counter tops. It meets 100% of my expectations. If you are looking for car seats or specific floor cleaning solutions you should check the reviews for people that have used it for that purpose before purchase but in my opinion if it can do tile and granite sink counters it should be able to do those things.
