I've been taking these for several months now. I've had to take a probiotic for 15+ years and my body knows when I've gone a few days without taking one, since I haven't experienced any of the side effects associated with not taking a probiotic, I can say they are doing what they're supposed to do. These probiotics have a tasty flavor and are a softer gummy. The only con I have encountered at this point is there are supposed to be a total of 50 gummies in the bottle. Every bottle I have gone through (about 3), I end up with an odd number, which is why I am currently giving the product 4 stars. I am now keeping a daily count on the bottle to see if a true 50 count is being provided. I will update my review with what I find.
