    • Wow! Works better than stool softeners

I decided to try these gummies out to improve bowel movements and these work wonders. The medication I am currently prescribed has a side effect of constipation and it can get pretty brutal when your diet isn’t perfect, so I often found myself using stool softeners like docusate and miralax. To my surprise, these gummies genuinely work BETTER than those stool softeners I’ve tried AND apparently probiotic’s don’t have the same dependency effect that stool softeners do. I felt the effects of the probiotic gummies almost instantly and find myself being able to empty my bowels regularly. It’s like my metabolism when I was a teenager and I can already feel it helping me to function better in general. I would recommend starting with one gummy daily and then increasing to two gradually as taking two can be quite strong and can make you gassy, though if you don’t mind that, it’s fine other than that! ... show more

These are awesome. Taste great & they will help you go to the bathroom. I take them before bed because the prebiotics cause "bloating" at least for me they do. Haha.

These taste delicious, but they caused me to have excessive bloating, cramping and gas. I thought I was getting sick, but realized it was from taking these. After dealing with the side-effects, I did read that prebiotics can cause all these issues. My advice is that if you try these, start out by taking just one per day or one every other day until your body gets used to them. I won't be purchasing again. ... show more
