This is a decent chair for the price. Overall the instructions were well laid out, and I was able to assemble this in just a few minutes, mostly. I had one issue in that I had one screw I could not install to mount the seat to the pedestal. It would start on the threads, but then would stop. Luckily I have a Tap & Die set and tapped out the threads, and once that was done I was able to fully mount the seat to the pedestal. I got this for my daughter and she is happy with it. I will say that initially it is comfortable, but I wouldn't want to sit in this long-term, like for an all day work session this wouldn't be a good chair. Maybe I’m the only person who bought the “beige” chair and expected it be more of a cream/ivory color, but this does not look like the pictures to me. At best, it looks greige (and looks identical to the light grey option IMO). I included a picture with something else that’s beige for comparison. Amazon quickly replaced my first order with a new “beige” chair, but as it turns out, beige is just light grey. So now I have two light grey chairs to deal with lol. That said, it’s packaged well and feels pretty nice/durable. I might keep one anyway even though it really wasn’t what I was looking for. Update: decided to keep one. Assembly was easy to do by myself. I noticed a few minor dings/scratches on the base, but not dealbreakers. The chair is smaller than I expected, but I’m petite (5’3” and 130 lbs) so it works for me. It feels sturdy, is reasonably comfortable, and is aesthetically pleasing. If the chair was actually as described, I think it’d be a solid 4 stars for the price. ... show more
