I recently converted my XP15000 to dtf and was having issues with printing. Thought it was my settings and I was using up all my white so I purchased this ink and received it super fast they even offer product support and guarantee too. I loved this ink at first so I purchased 2 more boxes of ink and I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what but my white ink will not come out. I have contacted the support team for my printer and have went through cleaning and replacing anything they have suggested, waisted at least 120ml of ink (1 whole box of ink) by doinh head cleanings and power flushes. Literally have tried everything. I ordered a new box of ink in hopes it was just a bad batch but I have never had my white ink clog this bad! ... show more
