Surprisingly easy to install. All parts accounted for and fit well together. Programming can be a little confusing, but all works well. Several combinations can be programmed, so everyone has their own combo. Buttons are a bit close together, which can make entering combinations with gloves on. Key works smoothly. The only big con I have is the upper part with the batteries, motor and bolt doesn't seem to get tight enough where will stay straight. I'm constantly adjusting it. The media could not be loaded. Instructions are very simple. And yet for the very first step, I keep getting an error message. This is the second one I ordered the first one came Joost so that the handle was not square.

Easy to install the hardware but programming the lock with user codes is confusing. I used the factory reset button 3 before getting the programming correct. I almost returned the lock.
