Amazing, affordable cast iron griddle/grill plate! It heats up evenly and has a nice pre-seasoned non-stick coating. It cleans up easily with a little soap and warm water. I always re-season after each use by putting it back on the stove, low heat with a little oil for 5-10 mins to ensure it’s dry. Fits perfectly on my gas stove. Love it! ... show more
